I lived here for the last two years and I think these are the best apartments I have ever stayed at. It had everything on my wish list - a tennis court, covered basketball court, dog park, and a loft unit facing the pool with a huuuge balcony. My unit gets tons of natural light during the day and with the pool reflection, I wake up to a beautiful Florida sunshine every morning :) As a remote worker, a great work/live experience mattered to me and this checked all the boxes. On top of that, the Park Lane team is great, they are warm, friendly, and responsive — they do fun community events too! Shout out to Lynne - thank you for your warmth and kindness, Jose who greets me most mornings, and John who is always attentive to my unit requests. My neighbors are also so very nice. I will miss living here and would definitely stay here again in the future.

My experience living here has been nothing but amazing. From quiet neighborhoods, to how nice and clean it has always been. I love all the amenities and Yes all of them I use almost daily. The club house is spacious and a great time to spend with family. The pool is clean and spacious for multiple family with grills. Kids love the playground. I love the management team! Very friendly, helpful and understanding. Always there to listen and help. Best management apartment team I have ever had! Truly enjoy living here

We just moved in here and we love this apartment! Every staff is so kind , professional and helping. And it's quiet , peaceful area. We live in first floor and there is no noise bothering us. It is surrounded by grasses and trees which makes my dog happy. Dog park is huge and clean. We can also walk our dog inside the community even at night since it's a safe place .
If you have family or dog or if you're looking for queit peaceful apartment to set down, this apartment would be the best choice.

After checking out many places around Gainesville I am glad I found Park Lane Apartments. Me and my wife moved in recently and since our first tour they have been super helpful. Maintenance is really fast fixing any issue that comes up, location is great, we can walk our dog freely at any time and the place overall is the best.

Moved in recently. Very easy process. Lynne is extremely responsive and friendly. Had a few small maintenance issues. John responded very quickly and resolved issues and provided excellent and friendly customer service

I have lived at Park Lane for 3 years and it is amazing! My apartment feels like a true home because I have French doors that open out onto a patio with a luscious and well maintained vista. The 2b2b layout meets my needs, the dining room & kitchen are ample for entertainment purposes, and need I say more about having a washer and dryer in the unit! The maintenance team is prompt, knowledgeable and friendly! The amenities (beautiful pool/hot tub, gym, rec room, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, etc) have exceeded expectations! The management (Meghan) has really supported the community with monthly newsletters highlighting fun events, such as food trucks, dog park pool day, and making bouquets for Mother’s Day, as well as promoting safety with more lighting & fixing the gates. To say I am very pleased living here is an understatement. It truly meets all of my needs and everyone here is quiet and friendly.

10/10 love this place! Highly recommend! Management is so responsive when needs arise and issues are resolved quickly! Pet friendly is such a plus and it's such a good community! If you're looking for somewhere to stay please give them a call!

I’ve lived a lot of places in Gainesville and my only regret with Park Lane is I didn’t move in sooner. I have a lab, and she loves the dog park! The events are incredible and I’m bummed I missed the puppy bubble party. Please host another one! I’ve renewed my lease because the space is perfect and rates are reasonable. They have specials sometimes so ask the office.

We recently visited Park Lane Apts in Gainesville. The staff was great and the property itself is well located and quite nice. We will probably choose to live here if for no other reason but the great staff.

This community looks incredible, the common spaces are very nice, cozy and clean. It is a quiet community and appropriate for family living. The staff of this community are very friendly and always willing to help.

I absolutely love this community! It is so peaceful and well-kept. The team is clearly dedicated to resident satisfaction. The manager, Meghan Gifford, is very pleasant to speak to and has always been extremely helpful. I would 100% recommend this beautiful community!

Oh this property is so gorgeous! I am so impressed with maintenance. Any time I need them they are their to help me right away. Couldn’t ask for more in a place. Very satisfied.
