I recently visited Orange Phone Repair at SouthGate Center in need of a quick fix for my phone, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Not only were their services affordable, but Connor, the store manager, went above and beyond to ensure my phone was fixed promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend SouthGate Phone Repair to anyone in need of phone repairs.

I’ve Been Convinced To Switch Over To iPhone I Went To My Service Provider For The Upgrade & They Tried To Take My Whole Wallet.. Myself & Another Customer Was Leaving At The Same Time & Once We Got Outside She Said “Hey Check Out Orange Tech, They Sell Unlocked Phones” #SayLess I GPS’d Right On Over ?? Got There & Was Met With A Smile, Honesty + Great Customer Service. I Didn’t Catch His Name But He Gave Great Info & Didn’t Try To Sell Me The IPhone 2024srt For $50,000. I Got The IPhone 11 + Charging Cord & Phone Case For A Price That Didn’t Make Me Cry When I Swiped My Card ? If You’re Looking To Upgrade Give Them A Visit, You Will Not Be Disappointed ?

This is my second visit at Orange Phone Care, and the customer service is amazing. I was going to take my phone somewhere else, but I am glad that I stopped here! I highly recommend Orange for phone repair and accessories.

The staff is super friendly, and very knowledgable! Instead of trying to misdiagnose problems, they actually look out for the customer by making sure they know what’s wrong before performing any services! Will definitely be back for all my cellular and electronic needs!
