“Usually service is fine. Just be mindful of rushing customers out. Out of the 16 items on this checklist I know for certain 6 weren’t done even though stated it was. I had to stop and buy my own windshield wiper fluid since I was completely out and they didn’t bother to check. Please try not to fall into the motions. I expect the full service I’m paying for — every time. Thank you.”

“I had an amazing experience with this place. The front office staff is so wonderful and warm. I knew before going in that I would be waiting for my car so that was helpful to plan and there’s also free Wi-Fi so I was able to do my work while waiting. They looked at my car because I had a check engine light, but I told them that I’m planning to sell the car because our family is expanding and they did a thorough overview of the car and also gave me some insight into how much I could plan to sell my car for. As a woman who doesn’t know a lot about cars, I felt very taken care of, and felt like they were honest and transparent, and we’re not attempting to just make money off of my ignorance, which is huge! They also were very honest about how much they would be able to do on our newer car that we purchased, which is a hybrid, which I also appreciate the honesty upfront”

“This Jiffy Lube is very quick and their customer service is pretty good. They did push a little on getting my filters replaced which was annoying but I know that's their job. They are nowhere near as pushy as Tires Plus but they do cost a little more. If you want an oil change in 15 minutes without a wait come here. They give shands employee discount and have coupons online.”

“I normally do all of my own car repairs if applicable. I don't like to trust others to do that work for fear of being ripped off. These guys were fantastic, and I do not worry one bit when I come here now.
Had an AC issue, they diagnosed the issue for me. I then purchased the parts, installed it, but did not have a vacuum to clear the pipe and install refrigerant, and they did it all for an extremely fair price.
Give these guys your business, and big thanks to Griffin. Recently learned my Kia Soul burns oil and am working with the dealership to identify if its covered under any warranty.”

I waited less than an hour for a free diagnosis and estimate of cost of services. The employees were friendly and professional, thank you guys for your time and honest work. Though I haven't had any actual work done here yet, I trust that my car would be in good hands from my experience.”

“Purchasing my car at Tomlinson was an incredible experience. The website says no hidden fees so NATURALLY I looked for the hidden fees. I was surprised to find that they were actually being honest. No fees!
It’s still surreal that we left Tomlinson paying exactly what Bill Carter said we would. The quality of the vehicle is excellent, and we didn’t feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle or buying a whole bunch of add-ons.
Tomlinson’s biggest selling point is their honesty, integrity, and no pressure approach to selling vehicles.
They don’t advertise and their reputation speaks for itself. Bill was amazing during the whole process. He explained everything and the process took maybe an hour and a half to finish the purchase.
The last car purchase I had at a different dealership took at least 4 hours and I was “hooked up” with additional fees.
All in all, I know where I’ll be purchasing any of my family’s future vehicles. Tomlinson earned my trust and respect.”
