I bought an electric scooter from them, and the scooter works fine, i already got a steal on the scooter when on the scooters website it's originally retails at almost $400, I was able to buy it for $140, went home to charge it, the charger is either trash or charging slow, I came into the store and spoke with Jason who helped me trouble shoot it and we hooked it up to another charger of the same brand/same voltage just a newer one im assuming and it started to charge immediately, it's not the pawn shops fault at all, but Jason still went above and beyond with refunding me $16 for a charger, so i can purchase a new one. Definitely will be returning to spend more money there because it's hard to find a store that actually wants to make it right and cares about the customer thank you

This place is nothing but of liars you go in and get one price from one guy and then you go back and get a totally different price from another dude and they laugh while doing it these dudes that work here are totally disrespectful and dishonest I can't believe this is how they run a business and the Manger dose nothing about it ill go to tb goods from now on where they treat you with respect at least

Oaks pawn is my favorite pawn shop in town. I've been a loyal customer for many years and they are the only place I purchase firearms from anymore. Brent, Daniel, Brian and Matt are some of the most knowledgeable people I've dealt with in a pawn shop. I will keep coming back and always recommend Oaks Pawn to anyone.

Great place with lots of good deals! The store environment is organized and well kept. I am always greeted by the staff and the positive energy is contagious! Kelly and Bryan are personally my favorite and among the best people. They have great communication and give good responses to all my questions. They do their jobs very well and always ensure I’m satisfied with any purchases.
