Great place to improve young athlete's running skill, stamina and explosive force. Daniel is a great personal trainer. His training program tailored well for my son. After a year training, he become must faster and stronger and perform much better in soccer match. Highly recommended.

I am a huge fan of this gym. I have seen great results in my fitness and athleticism since joining, and it remains fun and challenging week after week. No other gym has kept me so motivated and consistent. What it's like: Each day of the week there is a focus- upper body/lower/cardio (although every day really works all three). There is a white board with the daily workout, which is split into a Warm Up, Rounds 1 and 2, and Strength. There are designated class times, but you work at your own pace through the workout. Trainers are on hand to show you how to do each exercise. The workouts are tough and will push you. The atmosphere is lively. There are people at all stages of their fitness journey, including high level athletes. Everyone feels welcomed. Numa plays invigorating music. The music is more family-friendly in the evening 5pm class. It is not cheap, many people may have sticker shock, but to me it is worth the price. The facility, equipment, and staff are top-notch. They offer pricing by the class, a package of classes, or monthly unlimited. They have social media with daily reels if you want to check out what some of the workouts look like!

All fitness levels are welcome & the trainers can accommodate you where you are at. Gym is clean & it instantly feels like a family atmosphere. You will see people returning from injuries, people who are just starting to train, people who always trained, and professional athletes training at Numa. It's not very often you can learn from an Olympic sprinter on how to achieve your peak condition level.

Could not recommend a better place to workout. I have never been pushed or challenged as hard as I have been at NUMA. The coaches get to know you and want to make sure you are seeing the fruits of your labor working out with them. The gym is fresh, new and has great equipment. If you need a gym that makes you feel like family and are willing to push yourself to see the results you want, NUMA is the spot for you. Get a great workout in with good music and the best of people.

Tim and his team are awesome. Took my 2 son's there for some off season training and wow the difference in their play and endurance is incredible. I started going and working out with my son's it's a game changer. Working out as a family has brought us closer and we have a blast. Tim encouraged this and we can't thank him enough. Game changing experience.

I have joined others gyms in the past and the worst past has been the repetitive training you receive. It starts out great but by the third month you know the routine.At NUMA you never know what your workout will be. You are challenged every time. I promise it will be the best workout ever!

I'm 53 and in the best shape of my life. Tim has won a gold medal so he knows what it takes to train at an elite level, but he adjusts for all different levels of fitness so that you can go from wherever you are now to where you want to go! And the best place in town to train your elementary to high school age athletes to become the best at their chosen sport.
