My dad was discharged from the hospital with a walker that was too small. The hospital contractor didn’t have a bigger one to give us. We were able to find what we needed at North Florida Medical Sales and Rentals. Recovery from a major is already hard. They helped make it a little easier! Joe and Landis provided excellent customer service!

Family member just out of hospital, and NFRMC did not do their job at discharge and supply vital things. Our PT recommended these people. I talked to Terry, and she took our order at 9AM, Mr Perry rearranged his delivery schedule, and things were delivered outside of Gainesville before noon. They didn't have to do it, but they probably saved him another hospital stay. We are customers for life.

They aren't Medicare poviders, apparently. I bought a rollater walker there. They wouldn't bill Medicare and wouldn't bill blue cross. They charged full price when it should have been free thru Medicare.

Horrible customer service! Once my CPAP machine was paid for by the insurance company, there was no interest in helping me get supplies for my machine.I let my ENT know of the situation as he had recommended this company and has recently had a number of patients complaining about NFMS. He will be sending patients to other suppliers.

Great selection and service! Needed recliner due to surgery and had next day delivery. Delivery men were polite and switched controls for my ease of use.

Update: Received an email after review must have been seen! I was sent a bill due by January 22nd.I have made numerous attempts by phone to get it taken care of.No one is ever available to take my call and when I leave a message to call me back no one does.Now the bill is late.I don’t know what else to do.Very unprofessional.The equipments could be picked up and used for someone in need of it!

Billing system is a mess. they send you a bill for items that were purchased in the store. When you try to call to get it, resolved it auto disconnects.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I have dealt with them for a year and it has been nothing but problems from horrendous customer service to their record keeping. I had to transition to getting signed copies of my receipts because they constantly have my balance in their records incorrectly! Save yourself the frustration and do not go here if you have other options.

Horrible customer service IF you can get anyone on the line. The former owners/associates of this business were fantastic, sucks that they are no longer there. 0/10 stars, do NOT recommend.
