One star for service. Selection is good. It's 1:53PM on a Sunday. I'm counting 43 !!! people in line to check out. Because there are only two people working the checkout registers and they are slowwwwer than Lizzo running a 40 yard dash. This is unacceptable. Get some self checkout lines if management here cannot run this store efficiently.

I received a Nordstrom gift card from my new apartment complex LongLeaf at St Johns for the annual sale event. Can I tell you that there were a few good pieces in the store. Nordstrom was giving a $500 gift card away. Of course, I did not win. I would like to come back and go to the indoor restaurant. It looked very chic and posh. I was not impressed with the store though. Unfortunately, I did not use my gift card but will have to come back to purchase something. I will eat and shop on my return visit.

Bad experience here.. tide facility and drop load only with Appoittment. If you came early, they not received. Usually all facilities can drop load quickly and finish job!

Pretty good selection here! Overall I'm happy with the finds. Especially in the makeup and accessories sections. Beware though, not all items are discounted- do your research!!

Some days the shopping stars just align and Nordstrom rack has all the right things! Other times you might wander in and wander out empty handed. The layout of stores like this is always a little intimidating and scattered, but if you put in the work you can score some amazing outfits. Literally I shopped here today like it was my job. It takes about that much time to go through racks, pull things to try, find more racks, try those things on, then go through the shoes, and then go through everything you might have missed! Prices are mostly good although they qualify Ugg as designer clothing and I'm not sure I agree with that. Can't complain though, with the right amount of patience and a discerning eye, this place is great for finding new, trendy and potentially designer clothing at great prices. Score!

Employee and the manager who checked me out need some serious customer service training, or better yet find a job that doesn't involve customer service. So rude and disrespectful.

Absolutely not a good experience. The register stopped working and a manager, Ahmet, who is the only manager at Nordstrom Rack in all of Florida, by the way, with this name was called in to assist. I had to ask after several minutes for him to communicate what was occurring as I seemed to just be standing there. Since the card reader stated that my transaction had already been approved which he verified himself, but I did not have a receipt emailed to me or printed, I was stuck. Just stuck. 30 minutes of nothing...it's waiting to reboot...we don't see it...not sure what to do...left alone at the register. Irritated. Aggravated. Stuck. I could not imagine if this was my mother, grandmother, anyone else I love. Of course, Ahmet disappeared and sent Logan to the register. Logan was just sent in so Ahmet would stop having to answer questions. Logan didn't introduce himself, his position, anything, but started with, "I have just been made aware of the situation..." I politely advised him that I would like to know who he is, his position, etc. Left without anything resolved. Someone will get back to me via email. When you ask? I am not sure either. Will it be in 15 minutes? 24 hours? 48? Who will be contacting me? Apparently, one of the managers. Who knows. All this was no fault of my own, no fault of the cashier's, no ones, but you cannot get back your time or the spoken word. It speaks volumes when customer service is lacking.

I am semi truck driver. My appointment was at 8 am came on time. Was waiting here in line for pick up for about 2 hours. Someone came drove around me and got loaded and I was waiting another 2 hours. When I asked the guy who works there Why they doing this ? He said it’s my yard I will do whatever I want to do ! Discrimination! Will never come here again!

Definitely have to have friends in management! Also I guess it’s okay to use racial slurs. The IT lady Villanueva uses the “N” word all the time and nothing is done!!! Just keeps getting worse with that one and nobody wants to be the one to say anything due to getting fired.

Good place to work as long as you are friends with management and can stay out of all the drama and gossip. Gisel in IT is the worst with causing problems inside and outside of work. Me and others are tired of it! HR needa do something about it.

I immediately fell in love with this store a few months ago when I went there the first time. This is like a higher quality tj maxx. Beautiful designer items that are affordable to the average person. The shoe selection is second to none. Now onto my unfortunate grievance. There is only one dressing hallway open (the women's) and it is shared by men and women. I understand they are trying to be inclusive, but I do not feel comfortable in this dressing room. Men can see that I'm taking off my clothes from the elevated floor dividers. The doors themselves have typical American peek-a-boo gaps between them. I'm not comfortable talking to my friends about how an item fits with Joe Schmo listening beside us. I looked online and have already found 2 instances of men using this situation to record women changing with their cell phone. Ladies, I encourage you to be mindful of this when going here. It's only a matter of time before it happens again. The staff is mostly accommodating aside from the occasional feeling that you're bothering them when you ask a question, and a strange incident where I was informed that the dressing room was closed by being yelled at as I was walking there from 25 feet away. If an adequate dressing room arrangement is implemented I would give it 4 or 5 stars.
