I have been looking for a new groomer since moving to the Gainesville area. I am so glad I found this place!
It was easy to schedule an appointment over the phone. When my appointment had to be rescheduled due to the hurricane, they kept in touch and made sure I was informed as soon as they reopened. The receptionist was very kind and the price was exactly what I was paying in Orlando.
I love the layout of the facility. Instead of having one large room with all of the dogs being groomed at once, each groomer has their own room with only a couple dogs at once. I imagine this is a lot less stressful for the pups!
My groomer, Heather, was fantastic! She seemed genuinely to genuinely love my girl, which put me at ease as I was very worried about leaving her with someone new. She let me know what my pup did well with and what she wasn't a fan of, and she didn't push her when she got stressed about having the blow dryer around her face. She even sent me a picture when she was ready to go! My baby left feeling happy, looking beautiful, and smelling amazing. I will definitely be back!

Took my very hyper nine month old Shih Tzu Today They did above and beyond on my cookie He is so cute The haircut is perfect of course with his fussyness they had to take their time so they could cut his face as I expected and I cannot apologize enough I swear I'm working on his behavior he's hard-headed though they did the absolute best work they had the best attitude they got a cute little shop inside of their absolutely will be back The Grooming for my Shih Tzu would have been $69 but I paid for the spa special and paid $89 and some change

Be very mindful of sending your animals to this grooming facility. When I was waiting to pick up my dog from her grooming appointment I could hear an employee yelling loudly/angrily at another animal and what sounded like the employee attempting to yank the animal around. What is most concerning is that I could hear her yelling so loudly and the women in the front didn't seem to be bothered by it, suggesting that this may be a normal occurrence. You could tell the frustration in the employee's voice from her yelling, so I can only imagine how she was handling the animal behind closed doors... We have had a great experience at every previous visit, so it was disappointing to hear that kind of behavior from an employee, and wonder if any of our animals have been subjected to that kind of treatment. I have emailed the owner; I hope that she will address these issues with her employees.

Adriana is the best groomer that takes a lot of pride and professionalism in grooming Sir Boomer just the way I show her how I want him cut. She is very patient with him and it shows because he is always happy to see her. I'm so glad I started bringing him to Pet Day Spa.

Ashley is so amazing. I had been having troubles with my new kitty, he was having a hard time grooming himself and he would make messes after going to the bathroom. So I finally decided, he needed to be groomed and his fur trimmed. Ashley talked with me about my concerns and how I wanted a sanity trim for my little guy. She really did such a wonderful job on my sweet kitty, he now doesn't leave huge messes after using the bathroom, and is able to clean his belly and everything!
Thank you so much Ashley for listening to us, and helping my Sokka now able to live a clean easy life!
I highly recommend this place, everyone is so sweet and nice, I really can't think of a better place to bring your fur baby.

I've taken Boo here a few times and they're always so accommodating. They were able to squeeze a next day appt in for a kitty bath and were able to finish him quickly before I went to work at 11am. Boo came home calm and happy. I appreciate you guys, thank you so much!! ?

We have been coming here for years used to be a flat fee per dog but now we are tired of the all hidden fees and 3.5% credit card. It's become more of a pricing scam which is a shame because it's good work.

Adriana did an AMAZING job with my Labradoodle. I went in wanting a short cut since he’s been getting a lot of sandspurs in his curly hair and thought it was a good idea with the summer heat for a shorter style. She did not disappoint! I cannot stop gushing at how adorable he looks! He’s a big boy (85lbs) and honestly afraid of groomers, but he he had a great time with Adriana and even let her use the dryer!! If you are looking for someone that can handle big dogs or curly hair doggies. She’s your gal! Exactly like the inspo picture I share with her. Thanks Adriana!
