Very pretty clothes. Odd customer service. talked with the sales person about needing a dress for a wedding, but I would bring it back the next day if I found an alternative (which she said made sense and we had a fairly extensive conversation about) only to come back and be informed the dress was final sale even though it was still in the wrapping, with the stickers, with the tags on it, about 24 hours after they sold it to me, and the sales rep did not think to mention that when I told her I would likely end up returning it. I also found out that the dress had a tear in the fabric and was sold that way (my bad for not looking close enough at it I guess). So now I have an expensive dress, with a tear, that will never get worn.

The manager, Caroline, is an absolute doll!!! I loved my experience here. The selection of exquisite pieces really reflects the intentionality and swag of this store! I’m so obsessed! I wish I lived here!

My mother had excellent service when she visited the store several days ago the associate (either Caroline H or Grace W, the receipt is not clear) did a phenomenal job making selections for my mother, even with the strange venue/style request (Beach formal). She cannot wait to return.

So amazed by the experience! The customer service is top-notch. The employees are professional and well-informed. The store holds a perfectly curated collection with many of my fav brands. Prices are reasonable. If you are looking for a gown, do not hesitate to visit Narcissus. I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive pricing & collection in the store for evening & wedding gowns! So excited to have found this boutique in Gville :)

Good grief, this place has gone DOWNHILL since Sam left as the manager. No responses on Instagram, refusing to pick up the phone for customers who are trying to make a purchase -- just downright rude and unhelpful. The new manager, Sydney, is running off customers with her lack of customer service skills and ever-present scowl.
