It's not worth it a couple years ago my husband and I walked into your store there on University and the guy that was running the place at that time was very rude and disrespectful toward me and my husband he even cussed me so I want y'all to know that since he did that I will never ever be back in that store again as long as he's the manager

Called about an item in stock. They were out but directed me in a way so that I could go and find a replacement elsewhere. Talk about great service. I’ve had years of experience going here but when you can call someone and they are willing to help you over the phone that really goes a long way. Thanks yall!

The staff here is very rude & unattentive Their return policy is ridiculous. It doesn't matter what the situation is , there are absolutely no returns, exchanges, refunds, or otherwise. So even if what you purchase doesn't work directly after purchase, the answer is NO. So in short they stand behind nothing they sell in their shop. There are so many good smoke shops in Gainesville that have super friendly employees & NORMAL return policies that no one should ever need to bother dealing with the negativity in this place. I recommend Green Leaf or any other smoke shop for that matter. If the owner reads this review, I'd like to make a suggestion . I know your shop has been here for many years & you must be doing ok simply due to this fact, but just think about how much better you'd be doing if you just up your game a little. I by no means feel you need to kiss anyone's rear but a little nice goes a long way. I mean would it hurt to greet people when they enter , maybe ask if there is something you can help them with & actually answer the questions they have (not refer to Google). Your clients should not feel like an inconvenience when they come in. For every one person you lose, you lose at least 10 more. I don't personally like to see people fail, so maybe take a little constructive criticism & do something other than scoff (I can hear you scoffing) at it.
