Josette is amazing. She really took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted and was honest with me about what she thought would work for my hair. Her balayage technique is flawless. I got layers & am super happy w them. I've honestly never been so happy w my hair. Was pricy (about $290 for cut and color) but worth every penny and in my experience, affordable compared to other quality salons, especially considering Josette spent four hours on my hair. I've also had wonderful experiences w Kayla (no longer works there) and my mom & sister love Emalee. The front desk staff has always been so kind and helpful. Highly recommend Mode Aveda to anyone looking for a new salon:)

I absolutely loved my experience with Mode Aveda. They were able to squeeze me for an appointment the day before my graduation (thank you so much). Noah did such a wonderful job. He's incredibly personable, professional, and uses the best of the best tools. I have choppy face framing pieces and he was able to seamlessly blend it in with my layers. Loved how my hair looked and felt after the service. Thank you!!

1123 NW. 76th Boulevard Gainesville Had my first visit with Chelsey , she sire did have her work cut out for her and did an amazing fix on my hair, went in feeling horrible about myself and left feeling like a Queen! The whole environment is beautiful and calming, I recommend anyone to go there! I will never go anywhere else! I think no matter who you see there will do good for you, but I will never see anyone else besides Chelsea❤️

I have been going to Mode Aveda for over two years. Usually, I get a good hair cut from John, who is also a teacher there. Today, I asked for 3 inches off and got over FIVE inches removed! I did not ask for a $70 DUTCH BOY cut. In no way does this resemble anything like the PROPORTIONS of the haircut that I have gotten for over two years. When I walked in, my hair was three inches below my shoulders. Now, it is at least two inches above my shoulders! The appointment before that, I asked John for more layers. Instead, he took those thinning shears, while a student was chatting with him, and thinned my long hair to a thin mullet. I had to wait two months to go back to get my layers cut. Needless to say, I will never step inside that establishment again. I went from long hair to hair just below MY EARS! In a fit of pique, he thrust a mirror into my hand when my hair was wet and not styled to ask if I had enough layers. No one could tell such a thing with wet hair. Why does he think he can do anything he wants to do? This was a revenge cut because I asked him not to use the thinning shears. When he gets mad, he cuts hair really fast, will not say a word, and is jerky in his movements. Then, he just walks off. This was the second time he has done that so this is the LAST time he touches my hair.

I am so thankful I came across Mode Aveda. Being new to town I took a chance by coming here. My hairstylists name was Chelsea and i have already set my next appointment. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I am grateful for the experience and look forward to many more to come.

Chelsey has been doing my nephews hair for years! At the recommendation of my sister I too began seeing her and WOW! She’s done a phenomenal job from color, to cut & tips and pointers along the way for styling she has been the best! She always delivers on my hair goals & makes sure you leave feeling your best! The salon location is very convenient, nice setup & everyone is always very friendly. Love the communication and reminders leading up to appointments as well. 10/10

Emmalee is a phenomenal stylist! I went in for a big chop (10 inches) and balayage, and I am so happy with how it turned out! I would definitely recommend her.
