This lady Sold me a old model phone for 160$ I got truly played didn't realize that until after I left smh, had the nerve to tell me I have to buy the charger (never heard that in my life) and gave me a double sided charger piece with the same parts on each side with no way to charge the phone, not to mention its horrible on battery and dies very quickly this is ridiculous would like a different phone or my money back please, will be back soon

Completely rude incompetent trying to oversell us better customer there for over 10 years I still get treated like 3rd class citizen don't go there the lady working the desk is a rude person attitude as soon as I walked in the door correcting me when I'm trying to ask a question and then laughs at me when I said I'm leaving I'm done here great customer service if I give him a zero star or a negative one I would

My first words when entering the store and meeting Johans and Tony was, "Who's the most patient?" I couldn't have wished for anyone more patient, helpful and attentive than Johans who helped switch the entire family over to Metro PCS with new phones, believe me, not a simple task! Seriously, he and Tony at this Metro PCS created a stress-free situation with great personalities and senses of humor. Definitely A+ on their part and a lot of gratitude on ours. Would definitely recommend this particular store.

Over there people don’t know how to do anything because there is no Management, the store manager is never in store, the store was dirty and the ladies who are working were busy eating and no one cared what I wanted, I was there for a while and left the store??

3 hours for the women to port my cell phone. In conclusion, I was never able to get what I wanted. my phone got disabled and all my storage, photos etc got wipped out. Disappointed
