“After multiple calls to "customer service," in the cloud , I decided it was hopeless, and a complete waste of time and things were getting real complicated very rapidly.. I was leary of going into the office , fearing more of the same .. Then there was Julia , who was really on top of things and fixed everything very rapidly .. When we got there she was already familar with all the stuff I had messed up and we started from scratch and she already had printed out the correct forms.. She has a way of explaining all of Schwab jargon in plain English, and was very helpful in every way”
