The service department is a joke. Shady at best. The technician tells me brakes are fine and the service advisor tells me I need new brakes. The technician tells me parts are in stock and the service advisor tells me they have to order. Service advisor tells me they have a price match guarantee on tires. I show him prices online, and he tells me he isn't sure they can sell for that. Had to talk to his manager to get approval. At checkout, they still tried to charge me their price.
Brought my vehicle in for a sensor issue. Spent 9k dollars getting repairs and maintenance done.
5 months and 400 miles latter same problem.
I called for an hour and only got an answering machine. Says press 1 for service and 0 for real person.
After leaving messages, I had to push 2 for sales to get someone to answer the phone, to get transferred to service. At least the salesmen are working.
When I finally get a person, they tell me my advisor is off Wednesday and he can call me back the next day.

Let me try to put it one simple word - Best Mercedes in Florida, all staff treated me like family, best costumer service, best dealership to find your dream mercedes, I was looking to buy specific the c300 coupe and they’re the only ones to get me exactly what I wanted, I drove all the way from Orlando to buy my car with them. The sales agent Matthew was super helpful and make all the transaction happen smoothly, not only that but They help me later providing me a quality of service that I couldn’t find in Orlando. Thanks to all the staff specially the general manager Jeffrey Wolfson and Matthew Hartge for everything.

Had a freak accident where we hit a deer on a roadtrip from Tampa. Dustin Zamzow and Tom Scribner could not have done more to help us get back on the road. We spent a significant amount of time making small talk w Tom and he went out of his way to personally ensure we made it to our rental car. I could not speak any higher of his professionalism and people skills. Dustin and Tom are aces and any business would be lucky to have them. We are third generation Mercedes loyalists and the service Tom and Dustin provided would rival the best of the best in any industry. Thank you gentleman and thank you for your service Tom!

This is the worst Mercedes dealership I have ever dealt with. They will sell you every warranty under the sun and then if you trade in your vehicle will give you no response on how to be reimbursed for some of the money they rolled into the entire loan purchase price when/if you get a new vehicle. They will call and email you daily to get your money but offer NO assistance in anything other than that. The rudeness and unprofessionalism I have received from this dealership has completely changed how I feel about Mercedes in general. I will never again purchase anything from this dealership or Mercedes in general. It's honestly not worth it.

Sadly … it’s the only Mercedes dealership within miles. We have to travel a little over two hours to get any service. And, good luck in calling them for any kind of help. If you call for service, you get the runaround. If you call for sales, you’ll get all their attention if you’re looking to buy a new car or owned. Do not, by any means, hit “0” because even though it says, “if you really want to talk to a real person, hit 0”, you will just get another recording.
I called and talked to Sheldon in sales and he said he would call me right back. It’s been over two hours. And counting. I called again and I talked to Jamie and she said she would forward my message to Sheldon and he would call me right back. It’s been another hour, and counting.
Great vehicles, we love our Mercedes. Terrible dealership and getting all kinds of runaround and very poor personal service.

Traveled from Tampa to Mercedes of Gainesville for my 2022 Audi SQ8. Jeavaun and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with and had everything ready to go when we got there. I highly recommend them and would love to use them again.

Went to this dealership for service on sprinter class c motorhome. From woman I talked to for an appointment to the service tech they were the best group of people I have ever had a dealership. The owners should be happy on the way they treat their customers. Slim a salesman has a personality we all wish to have, our service tech was Alonzo what a nice man came and told us everything that was going on and then there was Angela (spelling may be wrong) what a nice person. We will be back when needed. Thank you

We purchased new at this dealership and brought it in for it's very first service. A couple weeks later heading into the sun on a 2 hour trip my windshield was quite dirty, so I hit the washer fluid button to clear the bugs and dirt, and to my amazement barely any fluid dispersed. Just enough to smear the windshield a mess of streaks. My past experience with service departments has been that they "top off all the fluids"? At least that has been my experience with all kinds of cars at various dealers over the years. Even the quick oil change places top off washer fluid, and check tire pressure. It kind of makes me question whether they actually changed the oil. Some dealers rattle off all the things they addressed and what was checked when you pick up the vehicle. This place just had the service advisor process the payment and that was that.

Jeff took incredible care of my mother and myself in a way that is just like family. Was looking for a rec. vehicle but after walking around on the grounds if decided to look elsewhere as the grounds / landscape maintenance is below average . How do you sell $150,000 vehicles and not care enough to pay your landscaper to at least mulch your property to keep the weeds away where your vehicles are being showcased ! I’d be embarrassed to own this dealership and have customers and potential customers walk around this property .
