I was on my journey back coming through Georgia on my way back to Florida and the time is 1:19 AM in the morning. I have my two children with me and we are very hungry. We came to this location to get our food and we have been in the drive-through for over 30 minutes, which is very unacceptable when you have hungry children and very hungry family waiting at a fast food restaurant Very unprofessional behavior I will never come back to this location again

I wish I could give a negative review if that was possible. I have been to this mcdonalds many times, consistently getting orders wrong. Came in today, and no one talked on the speaker in the drive thru. They tried to give us the wrong order, then sent us to another window where we have been for almost 20 minutes.

Unprofessional employees were RUDE to customers and yelling, talking about customers behind the counter etc. Refused to even acknowledge some customers and directed everyone to the kiosks, so they basically don’t have to deal with you. The lady in front of us had asked a question in regards to ordering and was met with an unnecessarily rude response. The restaurant bathrooms were clogged and gross, The floors in dining areas are disgusting, tables not wiped down either, no ice, no sweet tea, coke and other products laying all over the counters. Once our order was ready, the rude woman behind the counter threw our bag on the counter. A very unsanitary, and unprofessional environment, will not be returning.

Highly ashamed! I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel. Cold, nasty, no cheese, egg was burnt. Crazy I even got served this mess. I was not impressed at all. Bringing back the steak bagel at this level was a mistake. Not returning. I had higher hopes for Ms Jackie's place.

Worst McDonald's ever, paid for my food and never got it. I gave up. No employees around that would help. Left after 25 minutes.

My order was fairly simple Three hamburgers with extra onion medium fry two apple pies. When I got the bag the fries were turned upside down in the bag. The hamburgers were dripping in ketchup and barely had any onion. There was bickering in the kitchen and I overheard one of the managers saying at this point I don't really care what you do. And one of the other assistant managers was basically kind of rude. I definitely will not be going back to this location if any of them at all. There's no sense of appreciation to the customers and nobody cares.

I understand the need to migrate toward digital servicing in order to be more efficient. However, when there is a lack of personnel who have possibly been trained to utilize it properly, it has a reverse effect. In the end, it creates frustration with the workers and customers. A fast food order should not take 30+ minutes to service regardless of the influx or high traffic times. Very disappointing that this is the norm. Please provide adequate training or additional personnel for all of those who wish to purchase and service.

This location had been out of Orange juice for months, just take it off the menu. Actually take all drinks off menu. Never have frappes and lemonade also.

There is always a person at this store who tries to do customer service right. Even when it's busy and others around may not be trained well.
