I've had a storage unit here for years. It was GREAT when the McCoy's owned it. But since StorQuest bought them out, quel nightmare! The price of my unit went from $82/month to $127.80/month (!!), and their customer service is the WORST I've experienced, ANYWHERE. Truly a frustrating nightmare. I can't create an account on their website - have asked for help - nothing!; sent a registered letter to try to send a check - it was returned - finally overnighted a check to friends in Gville who drove it to their office. (Seriously!) My husband went there to try to talk to them when he was last in Gville in August - went to the office during normal business hours, around 2 p.m. - office empty - no sign - waited 15 mins - gave up and left. But while he was there, he met another customer experiencing similar travails, who also planned to leave. I have begged to pay over the phone w/ a credit card and have done it twice now - some people who answer will take a card; others tell you "we don't take payments over the phone." I cannot wait to get back to FL and clear out my stuff. It's truly been a TERRIBLE experience. ***Please save yourself trouble and rent a storage unit somewhere else.*** I notice their Google review total includes when it was owned by the McCoy family. Let's see what the reviews are like now that it's owned by StorQuest. (!!)

I love supporting an old family businesses. Their prices are great and the owner is so easy going and friendly. I support spending money on local family businesses, and not national chains. The family has had a business on this lot since 1930 and there has been a storage unit facility here since the 1970s. EDIT I wrote this when it was owned by the McCoy family. They sold it to a national chain, so my review is not relevant, but as of now they have not raised the prices .

Wouldn’t advise this place they have people living in units who have nothing else better to do but to blast music at all times to disturb the peace
