Went in I had slept on a mattress at an Airbnb and I took a picture of the label went in there. The guy was very helpful. Found it for me one in the warehouse. I’ll have it delivered next Tuesday all this while we have a hurricane coming down on us, I highly recommend mattress firm of Gainesville

I want to take a moment to recognize Mrs. Louise Brescia for her superb customer service. She went over and above for me. I was having a lot of low back pain from the new temprapedic bed that I spent 3k++ on and she looked into it for me and found that I needed a firm mattress. I was still under the comfort plan time so I can get it switched out. I appreciate her so much and feel she deserves an award.. she showed me features on this bed I didn't even know that I had. Thank you for a job well done but most of all for your dedication to make things right and coming in on your scheduled day off to take care of me.

Went in with a warranty issue that became very convoluted with exchanges and upgradinging to a better bed. Was taken care of stress free by Louise who handles everything from updating the bed to selecting the shipping dates and making sure the financing was in order.
Stress free and I'll be getting my new bed in 3 days. Thank you!
