Valeria was amazing I came into the store 15 minutes before closing and she was so friendly and it felt like I was talking to a friend of mine, she stayed and talked with me for well past the closing time to talk to me about my options with the mattresses and helped me pick the best one (:
As a new resident of Gainesville, she also helped point me in the right direction of job opportunities I could have in Gainesville. She was so great? I never write reviews but this girl was freaking awesome. So nice and helpful and made feel very comfortable not only with my purchase, but happy about moving to the town of Gainesville

Our Sleep Expert Valeria was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. In fact this was my 3rd visit to the store. There was never any pressure to make a sale. I was so impressed by her professionalism that we ended up buying 2 mattresses and bases. Thank you Mattress Firm for providing such awesome service and great prices.
