Not only did she get the information we needed, but also followed up with us to insure we received it. Ana is the best! I had a horrible experience with State Farm and had to switch agents. The moment I met her, she went above and beyond ane started a bank policy for me because my previous state farm agent had me pay for insurance I didn't have and charged me $600 for one vehicle. Whenever she sees someone in my account, she calls me immediately to ensure I have no issues moving forward!

Need a quote for Home and Auto, call Aidan Giaccone at Mark McGriff Agency. We called him and wanted a quote for both to see if we could get better rates and limits. Aidan reviewed our policies and not only did he give us better rates, but he also went over both quotes and provided suggestions and improvements to our current policies. We now not only have better limits and coverages but also better rates. Aidan was awesome and we definitely recommend him and the Mark McGriff Agency!!

I called the office to let them know I was not renewing my auto policy a week ahead of time, and they charged my account for the new policy anyway. When I called the office after they charged me, she copped an attitude and wanted to argue about it. I'm glad State Farm raised their rates by 25% so I can go back to a customer-focused insurance company.

Only had unprofessional experiences with these people/ this place. They're constantly raising my rates for no reason, they've gotten in fights in the office when I was there, interrupted me, and abruptly hung up the phone and said something immature when I've tried to ask about problems/raised rates. Consistently contact me thru mail when I asked for email.
