“Dropped off package yesterday. Young man at counter told me there was an internet issue but he will give me a receipt for package. Called today, left on hold 15 min and when asked about my package I was told to contact amazon. No real help here. Unfriendly attitude. This store needs to invest in a backup system for itself and train employees better attitude on phone. I DONT feel comfortable returning here.”
