Friday I was at the location to get fingerprints done for my Real Estate License. The lady that claims she owns this location was EXTREMELY rude! I realized that I did not have the correct identification and was trying to talk to the associate when she came over and started to talk loudly and condescending! I’m from Alabama and here visiting family, my sister was in ICU at UF Health and this was the last thing I needed. I was physically shaken after the encounter with the Owner!
The OWNER would not even direct me to a contact Number to get a refund. She stated “it’s not our fault you don’t have the appropriate ID”!
I called field prints to reschedule and to let them know the kind of people represented them.
Needless to say I will take care of my fingerprinting needs elsewhere and recommend that you do your research before shopping at the location!

I've used this DHL drop off location two times and both experiences have been great. The staff are very patient and knowledgeable.

I went in for some fingerprinting for a background check and the owner was lovely! She helped me and our small talk was light and silly. She got me in and out way faster than expected. Great local business!

This facility is horrible! I had a package to mail to Great Britain......they wanted 250 for DHL and almost $350 for Fed Ex! Left the facility and went to Fed Ex and was less than $100. Ultimately shipped it USPS for $58. they are padding their fees and taking the money! DO NOT GO THERE!

I wish I could give Mail Boxes & More 10 out of 5 stars!!! My aunt passed away last year and I was assigned the executor of her estate, from out-of-state. At the end of this sad and complicated process, Mail Boxes & More received 8 unwieldy boxes filled with items from my aunt's house and over the phone and Facetime, helped me to sort through the items. In the end, they packed and shipped three neat and organized boxes of family treasures. These two women went above and beyond the call of duty and actually helped restore my faith in humanity. I appreciate their effort, kindness and generosity so much. I highly recommend that everyone support this business.

Was sent to have my fingerprints done for a job. Met the owner she was very professional and helpful. This store was amazing the owner is local notary as myself she discuss helpful ideas and also refer a client to me. also she had most luxury purses, necklaces, uhaul services, mailboxes and more. All and one shop!!! I would recommend anyone to visit… thank you again for being so genuine and it was a pleasure stop by until next time, Neka
