Property manager is so rude she refuses to give us the number to corporate she even ask who was in my background smh so unprofessional I’m going to report her and I will not stop until the higher ups come and investigate her and talk to the tenants out here also all her family and friends stays out here how is this even allowed

The property manager will only move in her friends and family and make everyone else wait on a waiting list. The apartment Ms are full of roaches and mold. The maintenance man goes through your things and doesn't fix anything. I would definitely NOT recommend

The manager is strict, the rules are followed and the complex is clean and painted, some people throw the garbage outside the container, or on occasions they arrive with loud music in the cars but nothing that cannot be tolerated, due to the cheapness of the rent.

I have been living here for a couple years now and honestly the new manager is a breath of fresh air compared to the previous one... She is honestly a great property manager and is trying to clean up the neighborhood... She listens to you, helps you out as much as she can, and she be out there on the property helping clean up... She honestly is an amazing property manager and I pray she stays with us for a long time ! ?

The manager is a rude person she cussed me out for playing in the streets. Now I'm a 14-year-old writing this and I really don't like it, I mean wow how do you get on kids about playing in the streets where our mothers, fathers, grandparents, aunts and uncles can watch us play. Me and my siblings can't even get in the gate of the basketball court. Honestly it's the manager if we can get a new manager that's not going to cuss us kids out and tell us to remove potted plants from our apartment balconies that we pay for.

They haven't had a manager in months and now that they do they are rushing people to get things done when for months they didn't even have anyone watching the property. They are more focused on getting people to remove their potted plants from balconies than preventing vandalism on vehicles and other activities going on. This place is also illegally raising rent costs within a rental agreement instead of at renewal.
