Had my Harley Davidson Ultra Road Glide CVO backed into by a truck. It damaged the front fender. Harley Davidson of Gainesville suggested I take the bike to Macco and talk to Jeff.He evaluated the damage and stated "we can fix the fender and do the painting." Only thig was my bike has a Custom paint job and Harley Davidson will not release the pain codes. It took three (3) different colors to complete the job. Afterapproximately three (3) weeks which didn't worry me due to the weather here in Florida and complex painting, I was called to come pick up my bike.It was AMAZIMG when I looked at my bike. Jeff an his employees did an exceptional repair and paint. You CAN NOT TELL where my bike was damaged.I'm recommending that if you need any kind of paint and body repair, PLEASE, PLEASE call Jeff and get your vehicle to them.I'll be taking ALL my repairs to him.THANK YOU Jeff

We brought in our 1998 4runner to have a full paint job. The original two colors. Understand this vehicle is 26 years old, and looks every bit as such. But with the price of new cars and the great mechanical shape it is in we decided to have it painted. The guys were very easy to work with, and holy moly how surprised we were when we saw it 10 days later. It looked brand spanking new. When we got it home we noticed one small drip. We called and were told to drop it by at our convenience, they will gladly buff it out in 20 minutes. I have every reason to beleive this will be done as professionally as the entire relationship has been. Highly recommend.

The staff at Maaco was great to work with! They handled my repair timely, and for the exact price they quoted. Their estimate was also well below a competitor. I was very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend them.

I brought my car in for some cosmetic repair in Nov 2023 and I was paying entirely out of pocket. At first they were really trying to get me to drop off my car on a Monday, but I really needed my car to get to and from work, so we finally agreed on me dropping it off on a Wednesday morning with a turn around of picking it up the next Tuesday. (I was okay with this because I was going to be gone for a long weekend and didn’t need my car)By some miracle they had absolutely nothing to do all day Wednesday while waiting for parts for other cars and they were able to get everything done on my car the same day, then they called me Thursday morning to pick up my car.I was shocked and I remember even asking them if they were sure, but sure enough they were. The pricing was fair as I knowingly went to a reputable company, I just wanted to pay for a good job and be done.As it’s been months now, they did a great job and their work had held up. If I needed their services again I would be sure to go back without hesitation.

Great guys! They repaired the damage instead of charging me twice as much to replace a part like another shop wanted to do. They have been in Gainesville for a while and I've never had an issue with them

So I brought my truck to Maaco in 2019. I asked for the top of the line paint job offered in the list of quality lines. I spoke with Jeff who I assume is the owner. Jeff talked me into the $1500.00 job saying I could spend the extra money on some minor body damage and some new plastics. After a period of time I picked up my truck and it looked amazing (at first). The next day I found multiple blemishes and problems with not only the paint job but items in my truck that should NOT have been painted. Items like my brand new exhaust and my brand new fog lights that I just installed to name a couple. I also discovered what looked like a beard print on the top of the truck like somebody stuck their chin in the paint while working on it.The plastic on the bumper of the truck was not secured with plugs. It was just put on there loose. The rubber that goes across the top of my truck flapped because that was installed incorrectly.I made my list. I went back to Jeff and gave them the truck. To my knowledge, they corrected everything to the best of their ability.Months later, I discovered chips. Paint was literally falling off my truck. I was told at the time that possibly a rock could’ve caused the damage. Much like the magic bullet that supposedly killed JFK. One of the chips was in the center of my tailgate on the back of the truck. Ludacris as I found this explanation I gave the truck to them once again to fix the paint job. They sanded and re-painted the truck.Well, here I am again one year left on the warranty, faced with a dilemma. The paint has continued to fall off the truck. Since I work out of town, it’s been difficult to get back there for them to do the repairs as promised. Having said that most of the paint on my front bumper has peeled. Being a painter myself I got frustrated and sanded it down and just put bedliner on it.I can’t do the same with the other areas. I have one year left on the warranty, but I do not think that under any circumstances would I ever go back to Maaco. I feel lied to, and disrespected on so many levels, because I told this man when I brought it to him the first time the importance of this vehicle to me. I asked for the highest level of paint job they offered, and was offered a downgrade to save money but I was told that it would last, and look great for many years to come. That is not the case.I am beyond disappointed with you, Mr. Jeff and your team. Poor prep, and poor supervision led to the failure of the paint job on my vehicle. I’m going to wait and take it to a professional body shop where the paint job can be applied correctly professionally and then I don’t have to worry about it again. As a business owner myself I am disheartened to see this poor quality if work. You have had three opportunities to fix this truck and failed all three times. I am not a vengeful person or it would be long past time to see an attorney. I paid you over $4000.00 to make this truck look good only to have the work fail time after time. I was hoping that by the time the warranty was over I could write a glowing review about your business and the way you handle things but unfortunately all I have is negative commentary. I truly hope you and your shop get it together and do a better job for future customers. I certainly will never return there again. Best of luck.(((Attached are a few pictures of the problems four years later.)))
