Omg BEST EXPERIENCE Ever! Tiara is a gem! She's professional, and so sweet. I love her personality. She was great with conversation and she explained everything in detail. My 3 hr appointment Russian mix lashes flew by! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was looking for a stylist for my birthday back in June that knew how to work with natural hair and I found a gem. I have not been disappointed with any of my services this far. Prices are great, personality is amazing, and overall business is phenomenal. I’m excited to continue getting slayed by Rubyshay Monroe.

My experience was EXTRAORDINARY‼This was my first time using Tiara's Brazilian Service. I stepped in the facility and immediately felt comfort and confident. The atmosphere and customer service MATCHES EVERY REVIEW I READ BEFORE BOOKING!! I was So EXTREMELY Happy with the quality of Tiara's customer service, the affordability in pricing, and the smooth finish of my wax! She's gained a customer and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

I really really wanted to give a better review since my experience while I was at the salon was great (she was super friendly and we had great conversation), but unfortunately the end product was not so great. This was my first time here as I had purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure and my nails looked great as I walked out of the salon but two days later they were chipped all over. Whenever I have gotten a gel manicure in the past, the manicure lasts 3-4 weeks with at least 2 weeks without chipping (not 2 days....). This was extremely disappointing as I had gotten them done right before heading out of town for a wedding.

I have been to my share of estheticians, Tiara is amazing! She is very experienced, knowledgeable and with her, the customer and their experience is her focus from the time you walk on the door, until the time you leave. I went in for lash extensions and I love them! I get tons of compliments. Tiara explained how to care for the lashes and educates you on lashes (shedding and growth). She is the owner and takes great pride in her work as well as your satisfaction. She's very professional, patient, knowledgable and kind. She does everything that she can to guarantee that you walk out feeling better about yourself. Tiara offers other services such as waxing, facials and etc., to address your beauty needs. I have had estheticians who were about the mighty dollar and provided a poor service, when I came to Tiara, that all stopped. It wasn't about the money, it was about my experience and my satisfaction, which I really appreciate. If you're looking for a great esthetician...a beauty expert, look no further. I will definitely be back soon!

The Owner Tiara is a TRIPLE threat & more. 1st Mink Novalash extensions- extremely time consuming (almost 3hours) but 100% worth it! I have never had someone so meticulously attentive to each and every single individual lash extension applied on!!! Plus her cool, calm & collective demeanor and sense of humor make it actually enjoyable. 2nd Facials (EXTRACTIONS included) with microdermbrasion. I have acne and scaring, Tiara did a skin assessment & customized a skin treatment just for me every visit. I appreciate the flat pricing and No Up grading charges or trying to get me to buy expensive products! I feel totally comfortable, and I trust her beauty skin care advice (her knowledge & medical field background put me at ease). 3rd Microblading...had my consultation (very excited to book my next appt. She was up front about the pricing, process and expected results. I didn't feel rushed into booking an appt to guarantee my appt spot like some high end salons will do with microblading. I use to book appointments with Tiara when she was with The Aveda Mode Salons. I'm so happy she started her own business!!! It's so easy to book appointments with her and the hours are very flexible (evening appts available). Also offers mani/pedis and full waxing services.
