We love Lowe's, they have thousands of products, and it is easy to find everything! If you have a wheel chair or walker, Lowe's is great. There are extra wide walkways if you need anything, the staff is eager to help you! What a wonderful place to shop!

The employees? Dunno. There military setup? Stupid. Lowes can't fix my military sign up. They have my wife as the service member and can't add me!? Home depot? No problem. I'll finish my second house with Home Depot.

The store as such has everything you need...but they should prepare all their associates...I bought some reversible headrails and I came back so they could cut them a little, they were very long, a lady told me that it couldn't be done and a lot of things more...I asked another boy and he told me that they didn't do that...and I was sure that if they did because I had read it...well, thanks to Zarch and another boy whose name I don't remember, they solved my problem, I lost my time with the first two associates... it is preferable for them to say they don't know how to say they don't...

If I could do 0 stars I would. Worst customer service from any Lowes I've ever been at. They had plumbing products listed for $50/. Get to register and they're $100. After trying to explain myself I was treated like dirt on the street by a worker here like I'm an imbecile. I will never come back to this location!

Spent a few thousand outfitting kitchen with new appliances. Dishwasher failed within 30 days. They apparently have a 48 hour return policy on appliances unless you use a Lowe’s card. Whirlpool also doesn’t care and the earliest they can have anyone come out to take a look is 30 days out.
If you purchase a brand new appliance and it breaks that fast, especially when I just dumped a few thousand on a whole set, the right thing to do is replace it, even if I didn’t use their super special Lowe’s card.
I will certainly not buy whirlpool again and will not be purchasing appliances at any Lowe’s with their current policy. At least stand behind the products you sell
As a follow up, i called the number per Lowes response and they were unwilling to help. I now have shiny stainless steel storage cabinet. buy your appliances from a local store who will back the products they sell. lesson learned

We appreciate the military discount which helps us as we are on a fixed income. No cashiers sometimes is annoying. There doesn't seem to be enough help and most times you can't find anyone to help, but that's the case with most stores these days...

Got what you need mostly. Garden Ctr could use a little help. Has improved since moving to new location. Seems they stock the same plants as season's change. Could use a little more variety. Understand if they don't carry many perennials since they last years so they can lose income. But a little change is nice. Good sales staff throughout store.
