I had a amazing time with Marc's customer service. He made sure the lawn mower that I brought my dad, was running well before we took off with it. Mr. Tory on the other hand seems like he didn't want to help as much. He need to work on how to speak to people. I would recommend to give Mr. Mark 10 stars.

Single worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Bought a washer/dryer combo with pedestals. It was a set. The day of installation, they show up with no pedestals and won’t install. I call, wait on hold for 30 minutes, the find out the local Lowe’s had them the whole time. I go to pick them up. This is not an exaggeration, it took 6 employees over 1.5 hours to find them. When they find them, they loaded only one box and there was 2. Eventually the installers left and now I have 2 pedestals, no washer/dryer, no clue when they are installing, and I’ve been getting run around for 6 hours now. I will never shop at this Lowe’s again.

Worst experience ever. Paid for doors and installation. They sent one warped door and one door the wrong size. Took them months to send the correct front door, but then they didn't send a replacement for the sliding glass door! The installers chipped paint both on the interior and exterior of the house and left screws and debris all over the place! They have done nothing to try to correct this, and they wouldn't connect me to a manager when I called.
I would give zero stars if I could.
I will never shop at Lowes again, and you shouldn't either.

I want to thank Lowes for making me more creative with my DIY. The last two times I have visited the garden section, I have just laughed and left the store, making no purchases since the items are so expensive it's funny. My trip today was to buy some metal 3 foot fence posts that were almost 5 dollars a post. At that price, I chose to cut down some scap lumber I already had in my yard. If "lowes" keeps raising their prices, I think people will start looking at alternatives, like buying online. Lowes net income was 7.7 billion last year, thanks for gouging your customers.

Lowe's is very good at all supplies. You can find anything. Profesional and home repair needs. The cashies are good at what they do and a respectful attitude, plus a smile. Plant section is beautiful and having a great selection. I injoy the place. Oh!, and sales on washers dryers and stoves come around on black friday!!!plus you might be able to get credit.
