I have been getting my supplies for my C-Pap and oxygen for my lungs for over 2 years ago. Milton who services my tanks and concentrator is awesome and always ready to help in making sure I have enough tanks available to keep me mobile. I have been going out more frequently and I'm able to exercise ?♂️ everyday. The Customer Service that he and the AHP team provide to me is outstanding. Thank you AHP for all you do for me. ♥️♥️

The Gainesville, Fl office staff are kind and helpful. But don't ever try to get someone on the phone. No one ever answers.

I have had my CPAP for over 3 years and I went to the Gainesville office to find out how much it would cost to pay the machine off in December 2023 they told me 309.68 so I paid it off then. I just received a bill for 387.10 in rental fees that I should not owe. I called the office waited on hold for hours for them to tell me these were charges for rental fees from January 2024 to June 2024. I explained that I paid the machine off in December of 2023 and I have bank statements showing the payments to no avail they say I owe it. So Monday they will get the machine back and I want my account closed. Never trust this company and very poor service also.

Traveling from TX to FL and getting my CPAP ready I left my water reservoir seal behind, the CPAP will not work without it. Frantically I searched the internet for assistance. Found an Angel (Susan) in the Gainesville office. Told her the make and model, and she said that’s an older model, but, come to the office and I’ll see what I can do. She was my GodSend for the day and got me fixed and on my way quickly. Unbelievably helpful, courteous, and professional. If you’re looking for a humble, helpful, and star of customer service ask for Susan. God Bless her. Gainesville FL American Home Patient office.

American Home Patient is a good company. The staff are very professional, courteous and friendly. I recommend if any of you are having problems with their competitors Apria and Rotech I would soundly get in touch with them to see about your oxygen needs.Ms Teresa

Edit to your answer, I tried to contact you but no one will pick up the phone to place an order.
Have tried three times now to reach someone regarding a c-pap machine that shows "motor life exceeded" on the screen. All three times I was promised a call back from someone - which never came.

Service is sad. Can't get them to answer phones. Can't get my portable concentrator repaired in a timely manner. They have had it for 2 months now and no idea when I get it back. Oxygen bottle carry replace is not sufficient as they only last an hour. This has been a problem for entire time I have been with them.

My MOM was charged $339.57 for cpap and supplies but has not used a cpap since 2023. This is a fradulent claim and this company charged her for supplies not received as she does not use a cpap machine as it did not work for her. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY.
