Well I could have waited to do my taxes on my own but honestly Tina was great, she was knowledgeable and was honest about the routes I could have taken. Definitely recommend her if you ever need someone to do your taxes with plus shes really nice and has great energy! Go Tina! Thank you for the help.

Had my taxes done last year, no problems, good experience. Around $350.Got a call that prices were now even cheaper. Went in and had a woman who was new try to help me. I dropped all my stuff off. Called the next day and was told my total was around $450 including $218 to IRS. No problem. I go in, and once again get the new woman, who I had talked to on phone. After about 10 minutes of her struggling to get thru a page in my return, she tells me I own $580. I said is that for IRS and you, she says yes. I then tell her the quote was over $100 cheaper. She says they had to do more forms. So since taxes are almost due, I say ok, but not happy. She then goes on to tell me that just their part is $580 and $218 to the IRS. I took my papers and left after telling her how much I hate to be lied too. The manager who was at another store didn't return my call. Use someone else!!
