“moved to the east side of gainesville, and my unit doesnt have laundry. went on yelp and saw this place had some solid reviews. the staff is so kind, big smiles, super knowledgeable about the services. i did drop off laundry so i could run some errands. the laundry was prompt and gave me a text notification. laundry was super clean and packaged nicely, they even give you a bag to use for future visits!”
“Okay, so I might be the exception. Took a black blazer with a light color sleeve lining. IT was really dirty. Dropped off Thursday and it was ready on Friday after 2 pm. Look fabulous and the sleeve lining was super clean. I have used RIP'S b4 and never had a problem. Thank you for a good job on my blazer. I'm happy ?”

“I use this cleaner regularly and quite a lot because it is in a convenient shopping center that also has the grocery store the bank and the hair salon. But if there were another cleaner as convenient as this one I would probably go elsewhere because of the hours. This place closes up at six. With a full-time job it's just impossible to get here by six. And many times when I come in the middle of the day they have only one single person working here and she has gone off to buy lunch or something so yes it's sort of hard to use this cleaner and if you can find another one that's equally convenient and has more appropriate hours do so”
