Do not recommend! They use high pressure sales tactics to get you to sign your lease a year ahead of time, but then they drop prices right before fall semester. If you plan to move here, definitely do not sign one year in advance. You will save thousands if you wait.

everything in our apartment keeps on getting broken. They had to get us a brand new dish washer, install a brand new washing machine, and now our microwave is broken and dish disposal is broken. would not recommend living here.

I don't know what happened, but the wifi here is really bad this year so far. It stops working multiple times every day and I would absolutely not trust it if I ever had to take an online exam. It really sucks because the wifi was really good in 2022
