Very disappointed in the communication on a commercial policy we've had for close to 10 years. Called to see why we didn't receive any policy documents in a while and was told we told them we no longer wanted the policy. If that was true, as a long-time client wouldn't you inquire more and/or send some type of communication of such changes. As well as the tone from the phone rep wasn't pleasant while trying to move forward.

Ben was very helpful in assisting our small condo association from being significantly underinsured, to finding excellent coverage (double what we had previously) at a very competitive price. We appreciate his help and follow through.

This used to be a place where an agent would call you back and help, but since it has changed ownership, I would steer clear. I am moving my policies asap as after multiple phone calls, NO ONE CALLS BACK. I have THREE policies with this company and they are unresponsive.

I've been with King Insurance for a long time and am always impressed with Melissa and Jun they're constantly willing to go the extra mile to help in a pinch and their overall top notch customer service is second to none. Kind representative and attentive, but misleading advertising—their flyer says “you can save $800-$900 over other insurance prices”, but their quote was the same as the highest quote i have received.

Left numerous voicemails over several months. Had questions about my Homeowners insurance policy. It is a shame that Walter agency no longer exists. They at least had good customer service. King agency on the other hand never returned my phone calls . My homeowner's insurance is now canceled and they were no help. Looks like I have to go out on my own to find a homeowners insurance policy.SincerelyLonnie Mott

6 phone calls, only could speak to a phone operator. Was told ONLY 1 agent available to discuss insurance quote and I had to leave a message. The operator did not know where their Chiefland office was, who the agent was that staff's that office, or really anything about the company. The company apparently never connects directly to any offices. All calls go thru a main switchboard. Advice:Hey Chad, your loosing business with public contact being horrible. I was going to give you a lot of business, also move my Mapfre insurance to you as broker of record. NOT anymore. Sad

Do not recommend. After being a customer for many years I asked several times for help reevaluating my insurance needs. I couldn't get a call back for days then once I did speak to an agent she said it would take about 3 days to get new quotes. Never heard from her again....contacted another agency, got quotes immediately and switched. King insurance didn't even speak to me to cancel my existing coverage just sent me a cancellation to sign. Obviously they are not customer service oriented or they would have at least tried to keep me as a customer or at least ask why I was leaving.

I have edited my post which was about as negative as it gets. My big issue was getting a return phone call! I did just receive a call from Liane Townsend who was very understanding and helpful in regards to my issue.i have renewed faith in King Insurance. Mr King should thank Liane for my renewed faith in his agency as I thank Liane for her help today.FWIW: I think Mr. King needs to investigate why no calls are returned after leaving no less than 8 messages in various office locations. While I can understand that they are quite busy especially with the recent "crisis' in the homeowners arena customer service is a key component to customer retention. We all have other agencies to choose from.Realizing that you may have no homeowners coverage in 2 weeks is quite an anxiety provoking event. Hopefully LIane will get me sorted out.Thanks again, Liane !!!!

I worked with Debbie who was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She was able to get me a quote and had the documents ready and in time to close on my mortgage. She was available and readily answered all my questions. I am very pleased with their services and gladly recommend King Insurance to anyone.

Please do not business with King Insurance. My business policy was cancelled last year and I am still being billed for the insurance even after being cancelled for a year of the business. And only that we got a new life insurance policy and cancelled the old one with the refund due on their part. They didn't even bother to cancel the policy properly and kept billing. I had to call them and sort things out myself. Shame on them for being so unprofessional.

I need to increase the coverage on my policy when it renews next month but after numerous phone calls and messages, no one has responded. I finally asked to transfer to a different agent. Unfortunately, King Insurance has to accept the change (who came up with that rule?) and, guess what, THEY HAVEN'T RESPONDED!!!
