The manager, Daniel Thomas was amazing and took the time to explain some issues with my car and what would be needed in the future. At no time was he pressuring me to buy anything, it just felt like honest advice.

This review is sorely overdue, as I was helped by the fantastic people at Mavis Tires & Brakes back in July 2024, but better late I suppose!
I made an extremely last-minute appointment, but I was able to make an appointment, and it was treated like an appointment too (sometimes "appointments" are just for show, especially in the automotive arenas). Making the appointment online was easy to do, and the time I booked was honored well, in my opinion.
The staff was short-handed, as most businesses experience these days, but they made an effort to see me in a timely fashion nonetheless, especially since I did have an appointment. I was pleased with my overall wait time from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I drove off the lot.
They were respectful, kind, clear, and I felt like I could trust them, and trust is a big deal when you are allowing a company to work on your primary (and only) transportation.
The service I received made me wish I'd just been going to Mavis from the start, and they are certainly going to be my go-to business in the future. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Mavis. The customer service and facilities were top notch. They were informative and helpful. The waiting room was clean and they did an amazing job on my car. I highly recommend them.

Great experience. Stephen was wonderful. I was anxious going in (never been there before), wondering if I would be ripped off, and he was helpful and understanding. I had a tire that constantly needed to be refilled and I was expecting to be told that I needed a new tire. Instead, he said they'd patch it. It's been quite a few months now and the tire is doing great.
