My first time getting my own insurance and it was a great experience. I had the pleasure to have an employee named Tyler help me set up my insurance, I can say with confidence that he did a fantastic job setting up my insurance plan and he was a very nice guy that answered every question I asked perfectly, if you want good insurance this is the place to go.

Tyler Messom is the person that helped me by sending the wind litigation assessment to the home insurance company.
He was very professional and fast sent it right away. He called me back to tell me the amount of the deduction.

I’ve been a customer since 2003 and have always found this office to be professional, courteous and efficient. They are always able to assist me with claims or new services and find the best deals! Highly recommend. Today was no different when I called and Tyler was very helpful adding a policy for me :)

Called in to get a new policy. I was told over the call center to give my local office a call. Janet was very rude and had no empathy. How do you choose who you want to have good customer service to? Shout out to Ronnie from the 800 number. She clearly has a knack for her job.

I HIGHLY recommend Janet for homeowners/auto. I got a quote on homeowners insurance on a house we are under contract for, and we switched both of our vehicles over as well. Janet was super quick to respond, didn't attempt to over-insure us but gave multiple options, and was able to wrap up binding homeowners plus two cars in less than 24 hours for us. That responsiveness alone is exactly what we needed in an insurance agent. Thank you again!
