I went to Snipes shoe store in our local oaks mall in Gainesville Fl yesterday CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, I wouldn’t have purchased anything from there but my little person was excited about getting a pair of shoes and didn’t want to take that from him. I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel management/corporate needs to know about the workers in there. I was forced to give the 1 star only to send the post.

The experience at this store is so horrible. I ordered 2 pair of shoes off line on Aug. 4, 2023 I only received one pair and have been getting the run around since for my second pair of shoes. It's now Sept. 7, 2023 still no shoes. And when you call they are very rude

The customer service was TERRIBLE THE MANAGER HAD AN ATTITUDE THE WHOLE TIME while we’re shopping. Did not want to answer any questions barely wanted to help. Walked away from a customer when she asked about the shoes she was putting out. I walked to the register to check out and both employees including the manager kept typing on the computer next to the register. I stood there for a good 60 seconds before the employee decided to ring me up after the manager walked away. First visit… WOAH DO BETTER ATTITUDE IS NOT NECESSARY ESPECIALLY FROM MANAGEMENT. How you don’t want to help the only two customers in the store VERY RUDE LIKE FOR REAL BAD ENERGY FOR A SLOW Monday in the mall! I’d rather shop without a negative attitude and can’t even ask questions…WEIRD

On 07/31/22 at approximately 1:20pm we arrived in the store to purchase a pair of Jordans. The lady working there seemed to have a complete attitude and was absolutely rude! She was unapproachable and gave an unacceptable attitude towards my son. The other young gentleman there was really nice and helped us way better than she did but unfortunately, as long as you have her working there, you lost my business. This lady does not need to be in any customer service industry. Having run my own business for years, you really need to clean house here. The thing is, I wasn’t the only one! I overheard other customers complaining about her too. What a horrible way to represent your company!

Customer service experience is horrible. Wanted to buy Timberland boots, but the females working there showed no interest. After the girl who was walking away from me turned around and said what size, I said I'm good. Decided to go to another location. Last time going to Jimmy Jazz!
