Jacob is an awesome mechanic that goes above and beyond. I recently had my a/c replaced in my crown vic and a couple days later had a disconnect that resulted in my overheating and engine shutting off about 45mins away in Ocala. Jacob drove on his day off to come to Ocala to fix it but was willing to tow it to his shop if needed (all free of charge!). He was very sincere with his apology.Furthermore, he's a very patient man. He inspected a concern with my suspension and gave an estimate that lead to him working past closing time. He's honest about what needs to be replaced and what is fine. He fixed my two rear control arms by the next day :)Additionally, his prices are much cheaper than the original estimate I received elsewhere. He allows you to bring your own parts or they will give you a fair price.Services: A/C installation & repair

WARNING!! Worst experience EVER! Had my car for 3years and never fixed it. Never answered calls or called back. Very unprofessional, stay away from this business, not worth the cheap work. Not worth it! Had to get my car towed from this place and he left all the parts and everything in the trunk and inside of my car.

We have been using the shop for about five years after a referral. Jacob, the owner is very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. We had an engine issue when we first went to him. We saved a good amount of money and the vehicle has been operating great, since Jacob repaired the vehicle. Jacob is always willing to help his customers.
