Prices are great and there is lots of inventory to go through especially books. Great cause for money to go to. I loved seeing people bringing their caged kittens (post surgery) in with them as well.

Not only do I find the BEST stuff there at incredibly wonderful prices but the staff make it even better! Avery, Jessica and .. ah I am blanking her name (I'm thinking Dawn but that's because she reminds me of my aunt) but the red head that's usually at the register are the apex of customer service, personable, kind, endearing and make going there such a positive experience that I should probably go there less... But I won't!

This is the absolute worst place to take your pet too. They don't value you nor your pet. I got my pet neutered on 10/11, I thought that the surgery site looked red so I emailed the humane society at the email given after surgery. They said I could come between 10 and 4 for recheck. I go there for a recheck and I'm told there is 2 people in front of me to come back in a hour. I come back in a hour and 2 people are still in front of me and they don't know when I'll be next (keep in mind I live over 30 minutes one way). They waste your time and don't value you. On top of that I used to volunteer at this hell hole, and go somewhere else who values you and the animals. The puppies in the puppy room were left in there own p*** all day!!! It smelt awful and they had no plans on cleaning it. I also came in another time to volunteer and help walk dogs, none of the staff acknowledged me they all looked straight at me and all walked by, I had to say something to them that I was there to volunteer and then they were still rude. The staff here are awful and have been for years. They deserve 0 stars and I feel bad for the animals in their care!

My granddaughters and I were in Gainesville for a Dr appt. And happened to see their sign... we love this place! Every time I have a Dr appt in Gainsville we always stop by and never leave empty hand.

Went there to have have the newest kitty neutered. Everyone was sweet and everything smoothly transacted. And inexpensive compared to vets. And they offer many other options for animal care.

The best thrift store in town. The clothing prices can not be beat Anywhere in town. $1.50 for all adult clothes.

I have now adopted 2 dogs from this rescue. A wonderful facility that provides the best for all animals. Engaging website, knowledgeable staff, digital application, and a pet for any family style and structure. Pets have been vetted.
