Clean and aromatic. Good service. Nice gym. Located walking distance from many restaurants and shopping. Bougee hotel for a weekend trip but not ideal for long term since the rooms do not have microwaves.Food & drinks: Breakfast was ala carte. No fresh coffee in lobby.

Hotel is a bit noisy and the AC units were also loud but I can't take away from the location and cleanliness of the property and rooms, so it's 5 stars! Breakfast was great! Just wish the bar opened up before 5pm on a Saturday. Maybe a happy hour from 3-5 would be good. The "town center" feel was great and walkable to many restaurants, shops and movie theaters!

Great hotel but the fact that complimentary coffee is not available in the morning at the very least is a deal breaker in staying here again. Even the 2 star hotels have that option. To have to sit and order one cup of coffee and wait for them to bring it to you is not efficient for hotel stay.

This is a great hotel with quiet rooms, nice bar, great free parking and a very nice bathroom.

Breakfast was problematic. No coffee in the rooms and the little restaurant is too small and understaffed for the nice big hotel.

Beautiful Just hard when traveling.No Microwave.Allergies.!Tell Chefs to learn what Gluten Free is!!I had Hives on my Bum and Nausea after I had your breakfast.!Rooms: Loved the Decor Art.

Happy that indigo made it to Gainesville. Very modern hotel. Reasonable prices. Conviennent location off 75, near the Butler plaza. Lots of food and shopping options walkable and nearby. New movie theater as well. Quiet location. Super friendly staff.Has a gym, pool, bar, restaurant and business center.They give a gift bag to IHG members. A snack bar, tiny water bottle, and a wooden toothbrush. The breakfast was tasty. They dont have everything on the menu, but they make accommodations. Good coffee. I booked the breakfast package. There was some confusion about that. At this location Platinum members get free breakfast for 2 or up to 30 dollars in restaurant breakfast credit. I booked with breakfast as my son was with me. So I wanted breakfast for 3. I was short one breakfast. Spoke to the morning manager and I think it was corrected. Indigo Staff were friendly.Rooms are quiet, comfortable. Not a fan of the sliding bathroom barn door. These seem to be in many Indigos now. Free parking across the street. Lots of public transportation.Nice bar with drink specials. Good sized restaurant. Late night snack corner at the front desk. Stayed here twice. Will go back.Rooms: Nice sized rooms and bathroomWalkability: Near shopping and movies

I travel to IHG hotels very often and the service at Hotel Indigo in Gainesville is the best we have ever received. The manager at the front desk was very accommodating and Sandy at the bar was very helpful and fun to talk with.

Mareon P. at the front desk, his customer service is the reason i will return. I had an issue that was handled with such care, i felt that he was so empathetic and listened to the issue i had, and he took immediate action.i am beyond happy from his service. I am more than happy to celebrate his amazing customer service, that is very hard to find now a days. Hotel indigo is VERY lucky to have him , i can only imagine how many other people have had the pleasure of his service! Thank you so much for all that you did for us mr. Preston, you are truly appreciated.

Excellent value. Pet friendly, great staff. Very convenient parking and nearby amenities.Noteworthy details: Pet friendly. This may not be amenable to everybody, but for us it was right on!
