So ask for help ,the guy in plumbing had me out the door in just a few minutes and set me up with exactly what I needed. “My husband and I bought a sit down lawnmower about two weeks a go ,I have to say our experience was awesome, the staff played a crucial part of this experience, we were in good hands with the floor staff, Wes and Robert are some truly great people they went above and beyond our expectations, they truly were kind throughout the entire process, I really miss those days when people just wanted to be helpful, needless to say we got our lawnmower in record time as if we were buying it from a good friend so shout out to Pam and Lynn for having such down to earth genuinely overall great customer service personnel and excellent affordable products, we absolutely love the lawnmower we treat it more like a toy than a tool, I really don't hate cutting grass so much anymore.

“I had a amazing time with Marc's customer service. He made sure the lawn mower that I brought my dad, was running well before we took off with it. Mr. Tory on the other hand seems like he didn't want to help as much. He need to work on how to speak to people. I would recommend to give Mr. Mark 10 stars.”
“Went into Lowe’s Saturday, February 9th around 730-800pm, to look for a dryer belt. Had a hard time finding the guy in that area to help us, as we looked on our own but were unsuccessful. When we did see him, all he did was tell to go back to the same row we just left and look on the wall, as they were hanging there. We went back a second time with no luck. Of course he was gone when we came back to the appliance area. We happened to go the lawn mower department and the associate there didn’t know too much about them so we went on to leave. The man from the lawn area came outside to stop us from leaving because he decided to research it and thought he found some. To make a long story short, he went back to the area in the appliance department and helped us find the belt we needed. I wish I would have gotten his name because he went above and beyond helping us. He needs to train some of the other associates that work there what customer service is.”

“Actually had an employee help me load wood onto my cart for once. 2x8x10's located above my head. Why such heavy PT boards stored so high with 2x4's lower i dont understand but the gesture was well recieved.”
