Hip Moves Fitness Studio is the perfect studio to teach my Tai Chi classes. The location is great and the studio is spacious and comfortable and Rona and the other studio instructors are so nice and supportive. Thank you!! Namaste ~ Liz

I decided to try belly dancing as a fun and different way to work out and make the mind/body connection, and I LOVED Rona's classes! I recently moved to Ohio, but if I still lived in town, I'd definitely keep going. I'm someone with very, very little dance ability...but Rona was patient and encouraging as an instructor (and she picks really fun music to dance to, also!), and I can honestly say that I learned a lot in her class. So much so that I now feel pretty confident when I do it! She taught me some really good foundational techniques, which I still practice every day. I'd definitely recommend her class - she knows her stuff, prices are fair, and it's FUN! :)

I have no dance experience at all but that didn't stop me from learning and enjoying both bellydance and Bollywood classes at Hip Moves studio. I found out about it through SFCC leisure classes and am really glad I did. Rona Bennett is a skilled and encouraging instructor who really knows how to put a person at ease - regardless of their shape/size/age/experience level. The prices are fair, the music is great, and you get a good workout that is a lot of fun. Your first class is free. During the bellydance class, I was in my third trimester. It wasn't easy but it was a lot of fun.
