Not the worst but lacking in areas as well. Bathroom was outdated and not spotless. Old and walls show wear and need to be painted. Quiet. Bed comfortable. Coffee in room didn’t work and we asked for a replacement but no one responded.

I recently had to go to Gainesville for my daughter course she taking at the university.I was disappointed with the room, it was not as clean as I felt it should be for Hilton. The bedding had a odd smell to it as well, and the breakfast at the cafeteria was awful. $5 for biscuit sandwich that I had to throw out because the biscuit was rock hard.

I booked 2 nights through Priceline, ended needing only 1 night as second night was no longer necessary. Tried to cancel 2nd night with plenty of time. (The night before) and was denied stating since it was done through Priceline nothing could be done unless I spoke to Priceline. I called Priceline and they stated they had no issues canceling the 2nd night as long as the hotel was ok with it. They called the Hilton hotel and front desk supervisor ANGEL ROSADO denied the request stating it was Hilton policy. ANGEL ROSADO was the one who told me to speak to Priceline but he was very non cooperative did not care at all of the $ lost. I asked if the room money could be used at the hotel at least to not lose it and he denied this as well as using another room. He has horrible customer service skills and manners. Not sure how he’s a supervisor.

The rooms were nice, pretty standard Hilton setup. The location was convenient for my interview, otherwise it is nothing special. Unfortunately, I was assess an extensive late fee after my checkout. I communicated before hand that I had a late interview and I would be in the operating room until the early afternoon. I asked for a checkout around 3pm. I was told this would not be an issue. After the visit, my credit card statement showed an unknown charge. I called to find out that it was a late fee. Initially, I thought the late fee was an honest mistake so I asked them to remove it. I had the front desk supervisor and manager both double down on the late fee. Over the past 3 months of my interviews, I have stayed at 6 different Hilton locations without once being charged a late fee for the same checkout time. I am very disappointed in my experience at this Hilton. I will not be staying there again and I encourage you to consider other options.

Just stayed at this property in room 745. It certainly needs some work on this room! Tv stand and furniture was very dusty, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging open and needed repair. Room is a bit outdated and just needs a deep clean especially in the bathroom area ! The bathroom door had obviously been repaired at the bottom several times with screws? It was bowed at the bottom and was very hard to close. Strange for Hilton standards! Breakfast was very good and our server (Kurt was his name I think) was fantastic!! We have stayed here several times over the years and it was a bit better in the past .Bathrooms in lobby area were not too clean either. Update, make repairs, and clean the rooms a bit better!!

The front desk girl was really friendly and very professional, and the room was also very nice. They don't have breakfast buffet which is kinda rare.

This is the fastest declining Hilton I've ever seen. I stayed there steadily for a few months and loved it then it literally started falling apart. Takes forever to find a room that doesn't stink of mildew, musty or overkill air freshener. My first bad experience all the drawers in the room were pulled out, trash cans were still full from previous guest and heating grill was hanging off. Foolishly gave them another try week of Christmas and after trying several stinky times settled for one only later to find out TV didn't work, heater sounded like a freight train in middle of the night, Cafe was closed, scanner didn't work and new kid at the front desk had an attitude arguing about every mistake. Had to escalate to upper management just to get my points compensated but they refused to reimburse the cash payment. A nightmare hotel I will never go back to. Oh and the No Name restaurant has a horrible odor all the time. This place needs to be gutted or demolished.

The location and hotel itself is great. However, the rooms are outdated, musty and dirty. We also walked into our room to all of the drawers pulled open and the tv on full blast playing, with the office chair tipped over. Looked sort of like a crime scene. There was also dried vomit in the bathtub. Pretty odd to walk into. The chargers by the side of the bed didn’t work either. If they refurbished the rooms a bit, it would be a 5/5 hotel.

they hit me up with a $2.54 cents hidden charge. never informed me why. I didn't order anything. concrete floors. 718 is best. central ac. solid core wood doors. lowest temp for AC is 72. doors close somewhat loudly and can be heard. my neighbor entered at 2am and ruined my entire night
