I rushed into the office with my cat whose face was swollen. I was petrified. But all the staff were consoling me and telling me the circumstances were not dire. The Dr Mccoulagh came in and was confident and made me feel so much better. My cat is in the best of hands.

Love this place & the vets here. Great service & very knowledgeable. I feel like my kitty cat Booboo is in good hands there. They have extended hours & emergency services which is a great benefit for those of us that work.

This is the only place I will take my fur baby (medium sized GSD). The staff is friendly and genuinely care about the animals. They give clear pricing and explanations of the expected plan of care for complex issues. They have an online platform and messaging system for ease of scheduling and seeing updates. They have weekend hours for busy/long shift days. They can do house visits. It is honestly the best blend of practical, evidence based medical care and convenience. The only downside is it is slightly more expensive ( but still reasonable!) than some of the other veterinary practices I have used. But honestly, I figure a small price increase is worth all the convenience they provide.

Everyone at the clinic is friendly and caring and it is a welcoming atmosphere. The veterinarians my little Schnauzer has seen do a great job of explaining situations and options. I feel like he gets exceptional care and he’s not afraid to go for his visits!

Took 17 y/o dog in for her second haircut. Specifically brought her here because of her old age and fragility. With her first cut she needed to be medicated, I indicated this when I scheduled the appointment. They took her back hastily. Brought her back out 10 minutes later claiming I’d need to reschedule because she was too stressed. Come to find out she was not medicated. The very loud front desk woman indicated that they weren’t told, spoke over me, and was extremely passive aggressive. Was only bringing my dog here because of DrMcCullough. Both my dog and I were traumatized. I will not be returning.

?Excellent, caring expert service all the time!!! My parents brought their fur babies to Dr. MCCollough from 2007 when they moved here and we've been bringing ours since we arrived from DC in 2013. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ?% Haile Plantation Animal Clinic! ?

Incredibly friendly service, techs are awesome. Just a bit disappointed after paying for an expensive treatment a vet couldn't call me back to answer a couple questions. Wanted me to come in and pay an additional exam fee as 'it could be unrelated to the treatment' he'd just received a couple days prior, which unfortunately I had to decline and hope my concerns are just paranoia.
