I am a touring musician, but also a “Guest Services” employee at a major chain hotel in Canada. The staff at Hōm were very friendly and accommodating to us. The rooms were large and very clean - the breakfast is something the staff should be proud of. I would like to thank “Michael” at FD for understanding our band’s having to leave a bit later.
This is a very well-run hotel.

This hotel smells like MOLD from the moment you walk into the front lobby. It was way worse in our room. We ended up leaving and securing a new room at a different hotel.
I do want to say that the staff was super friendly, empathetic, and did what they could to accommodate. Grateful for their patience in help in checking back out.

Nice price and location. There was, however, a very strong cleaning chemical smell in some hotel areas, including the room.

Rooms: Spacious and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent service. The detail is that the elevator needs maintenance. It is obsolete and has problems when closing the door.
The breakfast is very basic.

I had to evacuate for a hurricane for two nights and I have killed quite a few roaches. For the price I paid, this is pretty shocking. The staff is amazing, but I am going to be really angry if I return home with a roach infestation. Please do better. Additionally, the elevator was smoking—this does seem like it’s trying to pass as something more than it is.
Also, please don’t apologize for it. Just do something about it.

Wyndham's version if Marriott AC hotel but not even close. First time and probably the last. I have no problem with check in or other issues but Except Wifi which it is terrible.I rather stay at AC Marriott. Hotel has little things didn’t do it to me. little stain on the sheet , little smell on the pillows and etc.

Beautiful stay @ H?m. Visiting UF for softball invitational. Breakfast ? wonderful. Everything we liked to eat. Restaurants all around area. Bed ? was so so comfortable. ? % recommend this location ❤️Safety: Clean area... felt safe all around ?

Overall room was clean, staff friendly..but it's 0235 in am and the people in room directly above us have kept us awake, screaming, stomping on the floor...we got so mad my husband banged on the ceiling and nearly broke his hand, I started throwing shoes on the ceiling anything to get them to stop. I marched down the hallway which reeked of weed and Karen plus came out...the front desk said they'd go up there and speak with them...whether they did or not ..idk..but I think throwing the garbage can several times on the ceiling they may have got the message. It seems quiet now..unfortunately I'm not tired anymore...oh and why don't the phones in the rooms work ??

Hotel well located but very noisy for the rooms on the highway side. The insulation is almost zero and we even wonder if the window is open so much that we can hear the noise of the car traffic.

Has roaches, the elevator is sketchy and drops abruptly, and the bathtub is dirty. Honestly one of the worst hotels in this area.Also told the front desk about the dirty room and they did not care.Noteworthy details: Don’t stay here

***update..ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. JUST SPOKE W/NORMA LEON SHE WAS BEYOND RUDE! If you don’t enjoy your job QUIT!I KILLED THAT ONE, THEN MORE ON THE WALLS AND FLOOR, THEN HIS BUDDY CAME OUT, I KILLED THAT ONE, WE ARE SURE THEY’RE PLENTY MORE TO COME OUT!I went to the front desk, showed him the video and the 2 that I killed. Was offered to switch rooms. I requested a full refund and a room switch. WAS TOLD TO CALL MANAGEMENT to see about a full refund, even though she was on the phone with the manager.Staff called her management while I was at the front desk ,They only offered a room switch and $20 off... I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REST. IF YOU DON’T MIND SLEEPING , LIVING AND SHARING YOUR ROOM WITH ROACHES, then this is the perfect place for you. The front desk lady was nice, however management DIDN’T SEEM TO CARE AND RESOLVE THE ROACH PROBLEM AND REFUND PROMPTLY. I’m going to reach out to upper management until I get to the top of pyramid. Not clean at all. The hotel looks different from the outside and the inside is filthy. There’s a roach infestation coming from the bathroom and crawling into bedrooms. Found more than 5 roaches over a period of 3 days. The rooms are not well cleaned after guest stays.
