“I'd say this is a natural food market with lots of herbs, coffees, grains, snacks etc sold as loose foods you scoop yourself. Prices are decent. The selection of fresh and unusual, exotic meats and vegetables is amazing! I never have issues finding a variety of raw meats for my dog.”

“What can I say? It's Publix! It's always better than any other grocery store. 18 eggs are $4 cheaper than at Winn Dixie, (which is a disgusting store). I'm hooked on Publix, clean, good grocery store.”
7AM - 10PM
3720 NW 13th St #9, Gainesville“I was sent to get my wife favorite soup (chicken and wild rice). Ms.Regina at the Deli was running around helping everyone and she was so attentive. It was a good experience. Makes me want to get out of the house more.”
8:30AM - 8:30PM
3003 Clark Butler Blvd, Gainesville“I love shopping at Aldi's! The parking is never an issue, and if you use Instacart, picking up your groceries is a breeze. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience enjoyable. Plus, Aldi's has by far the best prices for groceries in town. I highly recommend Aldi's for anyone looking to save money on their grocery shopping.”
7AM - 10PM
4115 NW 16th Blvd, Gainesville“Pretty much all Publix store are awesome. If you compare it to other grocery stores then you have to give it 5 stars.
After all Its where shopping is a pleasure!”
“ALDI offers quality groceries at affordable prices. This location is my go-to ALDI. They don't have a large variety of options for the products they carry. But, everything that they do carry, is better than the name brands carried at other grocery stores. I get 95% of my grocery shopping done at this ALDI.”
7AM - 10PM
3100 SW 35th Blvd, Gainesville“A very nice store. The deli has not been hit with the remodel of wall of hot foods yet and the rudest employees get to stay there let's hope they never implement that stupid thing. The employees are very friendly and nice I don't mind driving to get here. Even though there are three between my home in here.”
“i could shop here for hours. snacks and cheap meals galore. also has more niche vegetable options like small eggplants and okra. they have fresh samosas and jalebi (like a sweet funnel cake) at the front!!”
“Imported stuff is a little overpriced and more expensive than you can find it at trader Joe's but they have some stuff that you wouldn't be able to find at too many other places around gainesville so it's worth it if you like using a tortilla press when you cook!”
7AM - 10PM
203 NW 13th St, Gainesville“It's by the college so parking is an issue but it's like a convenient store you go in and come out easily so I give it a b plus only because parking is an issue”
“my girlfriend and i walk here on the regular for drinks and the person behind the counter is always polite. the first time we ever stopped in, the attendant told us a really cute joke about indian grandmothers and made a long time customer out of us.
(P.S., please keep stocking the orangeade arizonas! youre the only place in town that sells them and theyre amazing)”
“Nice selection of dry groceries and small selection of meats, premade, refrigerated foods and cheeses in a small market setting. There is a small area which includes cooked empanadas and other fried foods, as well as pastries and desserts, and coffee (Americana style and latte). Staff is helpful and professional.”
7AM - 10PM
3930 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville“This is by far the best Publix I've ever been to! Everything is so fresh and clean and everyone's so polite and friendly! You can even ask for extra Wasabi because there's actually somebody working in the seafood sushi spot! Highly recommend stopping in and shopping THIS location next to Target!”
7AM - 10PM
3315 W University Ave, Gainesville“I recently visited the new Publix location and was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and excellent customer service. The employees went above and beyond to assist me with finding items and answering any questions I had.
The store itself was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a great selection of products. I appreciated the convenience and ease of shopping at this Publix location. However, the only downside was that parking can be a bit challenging due to limited spaces available.
Overall, I had a positive experience at this Publix and would definitely recommend it to others. The exceptional staff made my shopping trip enjoyable, despite the parking situation. I will definitely be returning for my grocery needs in the future.”
“Stopped in and met the owner, Victor, yesterday. Absolutely wonderful human. My family previously lived in Africa for three years, meeting Victor and shopping around African Unique was a welcomed reminder of a place we called home. Will return often!”
“So I wanted to update my previous post here. Fresh Market takes care of their customers. Tai (Ty) is an absolute amazing person. Even with being new to the Fresh Market family, her customer service is outstanding. I was frantically trying to find some provisions for the storm and not only did they have some, she went out of her way to pull items for me so when I got off of work I had supplies. They have regained my loyalty. Quality products and amazing staff.”
“I like to shop here because they have certain things that I like and I can't find here in Gainesville like they have the Puerto Rican sofrito and a lot of other Spanish things that I”
7AM - 10PM
1200 NW 76th Blvd, Gainesville“Abondened store on Archer. Never has Publix soda in stock and screwed up my last three online hoagie orders. Newberry store is quieter, staff is very friendly and they stock the soda! Last time I was there, I ordered thin sliced baloney and he sliced it beautifully. Archer store is closer but Newberry store is better. I'll go the extra mile.”
“This store is the only one that has the bread, sweets and other items that are must haves in my household. The employees are some of the best in the business, I always feel welcomed and appreciated. I recommend them 10/10 to all my friends.”
7AM - 9PM
1302 N Main St, Gainesville“Publix where it's always a pleasure. Their BOGOs are worth going for alone but the quality is fantastic. They don't sell rotten meats, slimy veggies, potatoes u can stick your thumb thru. Nope. It's Publics. Expect higher standards there because that's what you will get. Any of them. Great to know there is such a a place that cares about their food. Food born deiease is so bad. The bacterias and molds. Not at Publix and that's all their stores I've been to in Florida.
Keep it up employees. Be proud to work there. And customers,, if u want that garbage, I'm sure they have it at another store.”
“Nice and cozy ambience. The produces are fresh, but a bit expensive than Publix/ Walmart. There is a restaurant inside as well. What I don't like is the regular price and prime member's price are too different, approx 20% for some products. I mean I get it, it's a business by Amazon, they want people to subscribe more for prime membership. It just doesn't feel right to me. You can offer free delivery and other extra facilities for members, but different price ($4 vs $5 for a tea pack) for a simple grocery... Come on!”
“Ubiquitousness is, I believe, a major key to Publix’ success - being a notch above its competitors doesn’t hurt either. It’s awesome to have this one only 1.4 miles away from me in The Market Square Plaza. Like most in this chain, this one is clean. For example, the meat department doesn’t smell, the produce is neat, floors shine, and a big plus for having 6 self-checks.
Back to produce though…WTHeck with the prices and freshness?! $5 moldy berries that should be off the shelf? Tiny heads of green lettuce? $5 pineapples, $2.50 for ONE shriveled mango? My local big box store and the member warehouse are much less for about the same price and quality, but without the free mold.”
“Convenient! Don't forget when you shop at the SE Winnie, there are incredible deals on beer, wine, and spirits at the liquor store on the far side of the building. As well as combination discounts with some liquors and MIXERS! The prices here often challenge greatly what I find at Total Wine, and Publix liquor stores. Thanks my staff at Liquor Winnie SE. Rufus the department manager provides a great expierence for me. Friendly and all since her started. Good man. ?”
“My family was visiting from florida and needed to go to this store a couple of times during our trip. I like the store, although navigating it is a bit confusing sometimes. The prices are reasonable and the selection was great. I found everything I needed. What stood out the most, though, is the friendliness of the employees. Every single person I encountered was engaging and kind. I was asked a couple of times how I was doing and if I needed help finding anything. Such a great experience. I always love visiting Publix grocery stores when visiting.”
10AM - 8PM
3928 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville“this is a pretty nice Publix. I've been to a bunch of them in Florida Georgia, etc. and I would say this is one of the bigger ones. They have a really good childcare department caring a lot of the formulas which is really nice. The pro department is nice and when I went there at the bakery department was extremely helpful. it's very large and spacious as well and extremely clean from when I went. Weirdly enough the parking lot has large parking spots, which is nice. The prices are normal for any Publix. Everyone here was very nice and helpful and they seem to have everything you need. one of my favorite Publix of all”
“Small store with not a very large selection. But the product is tasty and high quality. In principle, nostalgia for Russian food can be completely quenched.
Excellent dried fish, kvass, buckwheat, fermented baked milk, Estonian sausage. Large selection of Riga sprats.
I highly recommend it to anyone nostalgic for this food.
The charm and professionalism of the store owner is especially captivating. Great communication with the client.”
“best place, innocent businnessman. he doesnot loot people. very nicely priced. he do not have much collections, but what ever he has are genuinely priced.I have switched from other indian store to this one recently.”
“We really enjoy shopping at Trader Joe’s. We have been shopping at various stores around the states for many years. It is a perfect store for a couple or people who enjoy special unique items and reasonable prices. Our favorite items are the uncured bacon, almond butter, flax oatmeal, Burrata cheese, hand and body lotion, unique spices, and their wonderful European wine selection. Their reusable insulated bags are also great and good for traveling. We used to live 15 minutes from TJs. But now we make a special 50 minute drive once a month to our nearest Traders Joe’s. Hopefully someday we will get a store closer.”
