Deadlines are not met and the business will not even inform the customer a heads up that the already paid for products will not be ready in time for pickup. So disappointed and will not be back!

Working with Marlene is always great. Seriously, I’ve been ordering from this store since 2015 and she never disappoints. She responds quickly to emails, has custom items ready at a reasonable time. I truly love her work and how she always has options. I highly recommend Greek divine for all your Greek life needs! MGC!! And any thing else you might need Greek.

Loved that they had a great selection for all orgs. Website is user friendly to customize. Not too many Greek stores these days, but this one was perfect. Have more things to order online.

It hurts me to have to make such a negative review about a small business, but I have truly been so disappointed with their service. Promised deadlines are almost never met, quality of customized products has declined in recent years, and pricing is out of control. I was quoted 3 separate times on a jersey with 3 very different numbers, but I was expected to pay the highest number quoted. When inspecting my finished jersey, it had very sloppy stitching and was not finished on the inside at all. Embroidery paper was left over, and most edges were raw. For such a high price tag, these details should not be overlooked. Being the only shop of its kind in Gainesville, they consistently get away with ridiculous price increases, poor product quality, and order tardiness. I have heard many complaints about them from other organizations as well, and most are beginning to take their service elsewhere.

Amazing customer service! I had a tight timeline for a couple custom jerseys and they were able to work with me. They answered a number of questions that I had about sizing and look.... and the result was perfect! Highly recommended!

I really like the way the OUTSIDE of the shirts look, but I’m disappointed with the inside of the shirts and the sloppy stitching.

Drove from Tampa to here. First time there and got a very subtle greeting. We were excited to check it out but weren't met with the same energic energy. Besides the unmatched vibe the place was super cool. little bit of every org there. will make a stop there again if in town.

Ordered a shirt for my daughter’s initiation. I needed something that would be ready quickly. Told me they couldn’t do embroidery but could do screen print and it takes 10 minutes. I needed it for Friday. Owner calls me on Friday and tells me “oh, I forgot to call or email you but we will not be able to make the shirt for you in the logo you want. Sorry for dropping the ball.” Not happy to say the least! Now have to scramble to find something else.

Ordered a shirt for my daughter's initiation to be ready in two days. I asked if this is something that could be done and they said a screen print takes 10 minutes so sure it will be ready. Called me the day the shirt was supposed to be ready and said oh I forgot to call you but we cannot do the shirt and the logo that you want.
