I recently took my daughter for a haircut, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. As a dad, it’s always a bit nerve-wracking to trust someone new with your kid’s hair, did an amazing job. She really took the time to listen to what we wanted, and the end result was even better than we expected. My daughter left with a big smile on her face, and so did I.

My wife went out to run errands and came home with the best haircut at the best price she ever had. We both agree that John is not only a very nice man but he's extremely talented as well.

I went online made an appointment. My appointment time was within 15 minutes. I got to my appointment in 15 minutes. Tonge cut my hair. She did a miracle. Check out my before and after pictures

Cricket did my hair and she talked my ear off the whole time and was just combing. Didn’t really cut my hair at all. I usually go to Indian ladies. Hair is still dry with split ends everywhere.

Great Clips are usually where I go to get my hair cuts.
Stylist: Maeghan did a great job. She took her time and catered to the hairstyle I was looking for.

I’ve been living in Florida for 3 years this month and in all that time wasn’t able to find someone to cut my hair the way I asked. Jay at Great Clips was fantastic. Did exactly what I asked. She’s friendly, the salon in neat and the price was great. Go see Jay, she’s awesome.

I have never had a good haircut here. The girls who work here are nice, but when you explain what you want and even bring a picture, they can't seem to do it. It is not complicated. I just like straight lines. So here I am, growing out a bad cut again. Convenience and thinking it would change had me return. It might be better to cut your own hair.

Scheduled online , arrived and my app said 3 minutes , the screen in the shop said there was still 3 people ahead of me making that at least 20 minutes . I got on the wait list for Sport Clips across the street as a backup . There was standing room only and the 3 staff girls did not seem to be in any type of rush even with the long wait and many people waiting more than they were told . The staff was socializing a lot making the people getting cuts take longer. I finally got my turn about 22 minutes later. The girl had an attitude from the start. I told her what I wanted and she kept referencing her notes on what I had last time. I told her to forget the notes as I only cares about what I wanted this time . I told her I did not want a razor to be used except for sideburns and neck line. She proceeded to use the razor on the hair on the side of my head so I stopped her and reminded her that a wanted it blended with scissorsand then the brought up the notes from last time again . I asked how she was going to blend the hair from my ears to the top of my head if the cut it all with a razor . She said “ I don’t have to cut your hair “ I got up and walked to the counter and explained to another staff member what happened and she said she could do the scissor cut but I would have to wait in line again at least another 20 minutes at least. She said the girl that messed up my cut was her friend so she didn’t want to take sides . I walk out and went to Sport clips and had a great experience .
I would highly recommend changing the elevator music also . It’s not upbeat and depressing when you’re waiting . I will never go to Great Clips again and hope other read about my bad experience and decide to find other hair salons .

I went to a different salon and the messed my hair up so bad! I walked into this specific store frantically and they took me back not even 10 minutes later and fixed my hair! They were so nice and acknowledged my feelings 10/10 will be returning
