I was disappointed with my interaction with the branch manager, I thought he was rude. I was able to get the parts I wanted but it took 3 days. Order was wrong when I ordered the parts the first time. Took another day to get the right parts. 3 days total and too many trips.

Pretty rude service. Not sure if they're business model is "be as unhelpful as possible, then people will flock to us," but that's pretty close.

What a crappy way to do business. Apparently if you call up the manager to an interview you know he made, he will deny you application saying your not qualified. Of course I sold their product for sixteen years, I think I have a good idea of what I am doing. The manager is an idiot, forgets what he says, and then decides you aren't worthy of a job if you follow up on a phone interview that HE made and HE missed. Whatever, your lose man.

This is the worst place people can go into. Very unprofessional. Not able to deliver what is promised. I ordered two infrared thermometers and the employee didn't seemed to have any idea about it. I had to show them actual picture to them so that they can recognize device. I was supposed to receive a callback under 1 week but never got one. when I called to inquire, guess what, they were not able to know what infrared thermometer is. This store needs some serious changes.
