I schedule to fixed a tired. Arrived and wait from 4-7:30 pm to a diagnosis that tire need to be changed. Then they tell we could change now because they have a new tire her. It’s 290 but I need car to a travel, then i accept. After 45 min they tell me that they send a truck to get that tire I don’t now where…. In 1 hour that truck appear with my new tire and then I need to wait they change. I think the employees are trying to help, but it’s is a mix o shortage of people and mess….I do not never come back

First and foremost here you get what you pay for, schedule an appointment for fastest service but if your not in a rush just stop in and they will tak care of you.
Exactly what I was looking for in a shop they inspect your vehicle before it goes into the shop and if they find a problem you will know about it before they work on your ride. I have personally seen them helping people fix problems that didn't benefit the shop.
I have also had one of their employees save me money for repairs I didn't actually need... I had a vacuum line pop off and was told by another shop quote me over $2k they fixed the issue for free as all I needed was a vacuum line pushed down next to my turbo. All I paid for was an alignment and oil change. I would definitely recommend for anyone with four wheels to get a quote from them and the competition.
Friendly people smart staff.
One of my friends broke the oil dipstick off and they fixed it without ever pulling it into a bay I don't know if they paid or not but they did it.

They lack proper equipment and knowledge. If you dont want to wait for forever for something as simple as an oil change then find yourself another shop. The company policies slow down the turnaround time. The management lacks the skill to find parts and write a ticket in a timely manner. The store manager knows absolutely nothing about cars other than doing a tire or an oil change so dont take her word on anything. Stuff often gets overlooked as the companys goal is to sell you a battery, tires, or alignment so your oil change and rotation that normally would take a tech 15min or less to properly do is now going to take half hour to an hour unless they skim through the “condition report” this place is literally a joke to the automotive industry. Also they are NOT 2nd amendment friendly so keep that in mind zero cameras as well so if anything happens to your car good luck proving it happened here. Also. Check out all the oil spills behind the back bays that they don’t properly clean and leave.

Heather and J helped me right at closing as I broke down on my way home which is almost an hour away. They stayed here over an hour after closing while I spoke with my rental car roadside assistance service. They changed my tire and I was able to head home. I’m so appreciative for such great customer service. They were not rushing me because it was time for them to go home but stayed and made sure I was taken care of. Exceptional customer service! May God bless them both.

I ordered two tires online and scheduled the installation as well as an alignment in advance. I had an 11am appointment. The work was not completed until 4:40pm (5 hours, 40 minutes). I had budgeted 1.5 hours for the work to be done.I knocked on the owner or manager’s door (Mario) to inform him of my wait and he shared his own dissatisfaction and said it is ridiculous. He said he would finish his email work and then he’d check on it.An hour later, Mario gave me the green light. When I asked him if there were any issues with the vehicle. He said no, and that his only explanation was that the technician is inexperienced.This answer hardly makes me feel safe driving the vehicle, especially given that it is a pickup truck that I use for towing. I feel like I need to take it somewhere else to be inspected before I tow.

Sent my college age daughter there for an emergency on a Monday morning two weeks ago. Bernie, I believe his name was, was able to look at her car right away and turned a nightmare into an average day. He was awesome.

Had my car battery die on me and I wasn't sure which type I needed for a replacement. Heather did an excellent job helping me figure out which battery replacement to get and explaining some background information! The repair was quick and simple, and the team also let me know about other things they noticed with my car.Customer service, professionalism, and knowledge was excellent here!

Heather the manager, Mario the service manager and Israel the mechanic are the greatest! I called at 5:30 and explained that I was traveling and towing a horse trailer with a horse! He said come right over knowing they close at 6:00. I pulled in with brakes and calipers almost in flames they were so hot. They saved us! With no hesitation they stayed an hour late staying open to help. Who does that these days? The mechanic took his time and did the work perfectly! I had work performed on this truck before leaving home but apparently they weren’t thorough.I’m here to say that you will get service over and beyond the norm at this location!
