It would be a very convenient location, if it were open during the posted hours. I finally found the time to go during the afternoon on a Thursday and it was locked, with no sign indicating when they would open again.

I m usually v satisfied with the help but today a young guy was v rude and didn't want to help pick up stuff from trunk and them close it. He made faces at me. Being a cancer pt this is the last thing I want.

Not a bad place per se but it was supposed to be open until 6. When we arrived to donate at 515, donations were stacked outside and the door was locked with no one in sight. Sign on the door said they were open and not to leave donations outside. No bell or anything so... I'm not gonna be upset if someone steals the stuff that was being given away.

Great place to donate. My only complaint is one of the employees. I dropped off donation items many times throughout the month and the same employee has such a bad attitude people coming in. As if every time I was bothering him. Never addressed us. He just comes out of the back with headphones in and bothered to communicate with me because he’s listening to music or on the phone with someone. Not sure if customer service skills matter for this type of position and I certainly don’t except Chick-Fil-A service, but I expect a welcoming attitude.
