Don't go - just donate directly to the cause!!
If you are looking for affordable items generously donated by members of your community... look elsewhere. Goodwill (especially this one) has become overgrown with insane prices for low quality. Tons of people donate, which is awesome to see, but this is met with incredulous prices that do not at all match the item. I used to work at a thrift store and I understand the mismatching that can come with pricing items; some staff/volunteers think an item is worth more than it is, etc. but this is on another level.
Vases you can buy brand new at Dollar Tree will sell for several dollars here; broken items, and dry-rotting clothing the same. Occasionally you'll find a gem, but it's hard to even know if you're saving money shopping second hand when SO many of the items are priced above their original market value.

This place sucks. Do not buy anything from them. We bought a dining rroom set, had theslip, paid in full, left to go home to make arrangements to move ut. Got a pjonecall an hour later the manager sold it to someone else adter we already paid for it.My guess is he got a kick back from someone he kNew. They called us to comeback for a refund. It was gone when we got back. STAy AWAY. Not tomention their CEO makes millions off everyones good intentioned donations.

If I could make this a big 0 I would. We went to this store, bought a dining room set. Followed the normal procedure, took the price tag off, took it to the cashier, paid for it in full. Watched the salesperson put the sold sign with our name on it, took the receipt and went home to make arrangements to move it. When arrangements had been made, we called back to ask the procedure for pick up they told us it had been sold to someone else!!!!! We would have to come back for a refund. This was all in less than an hour. We returned to the store and the dining room set we had purchased and had a receipt for was GONE!!! The manager "Johnathon" wouldn't even speak to us. They let someone remove it from the store with a sold sign with our name on it and didn't even contact us!!! WTF. They haven't heard the last from me yet. I plan on telling everyone and everything about how they do business there.

This is a great Goodwill! I wanted to write a reveiw because it's much better than a lot of other Goodwills. Im from Jax and this one is way bigger, more well stocked and has some quality brand clothes and Dvds/games if you look. Price was fair, a bit more expensive than Salvation but worth it.

This is a pretty nice goodwill location, I got a few Nike shirts and a Lululemon swiftly. The prices here are higher than the previous goodwills I have visited. I did 9 items for 50$ though so it’s still a good deal.

One of the better SE USA Goodwill retail outlets.Very organized, loaded with merchandise, very well maintained. Some aisles are a little tough in the chair, but help is always available.Staffed with professional level personnel throughout. The front end or checkout of this Goodwill is remarkable for a number of reasons. The most outstanding of these reasons is an associate named Ms. Dana. The patience, kindness, compassion, and professionalism this particular associate shows, is a clear indication of the level of professionals this Goodwill employs.I've been in line and watched her at work. I've been through the checkout there on several occasions and she is always kind, even to the customers who aren't.A customer ahead of me in line was fussing, she fussed the whole way out the front door, you would expect negative comments soon after they had walked out.The door hadn't quite finished closing and when those comments began, Ms Dana made an amazingly positive forgiving comment. Her simple positive acceptance immediately changed the tone of that commentary. Bringing smiles to both the other customers and her coworker. The ablity to have someone be ugly to you at work, and turn it around for the other customers and your co-workers?We all saw what happened, we all heard what was said. The strength of character to make it in to a positive forgiving moment, was absolutely astonishing to witness.Look for the sale tags for the best bargains!Kudos to GNV Goodwill 34th!

I give this location no stars. Drop off totally RUDE! They cherry pick what they want instead of what is on their website. There are other Thrifts out there. Will never donate another thing to them.

After many years of spending a lot of money at this location, I really doubt I’ll ever be back. I have had it with the ride attitudes of the employees. You cannot ask a simple question or wait in line for 20 minutes without being talked to like a dog by the cashier. Shamika was very friendly and animated with a coworker, then continues to check customers and give major attitude while checking her phone anc making people wait. It’s every time. She is making them lose business and I’m not sure why it’s tolerated when so many people need jobs.
