If I could give zero stars I would. They were the only supplier for eldorado brick in Gainesville when I picked up my order I later discovered that instead of getting 6 boxes of corners and 9 boxes of flats (the boxes look the same other than the corners have a red sticker and the flats have a blue sticker) I had 3 boxes of corners and 13 boxes of flats. I took a picture of my installed product (150 bricks) and asked to return the extra 4 boxes flat brick boxes I had been incorrectly given for the missing 3 boxes of corners) They told me I was wrong and that both they and the distributed had checked my order and did not make mistakes . But if I wanted to order three more boxes PLUS pay the shipping they would be happy to take my money.
I contacted eldorado stone directly and they apologized and said they did not want their customers treated that way and have shipped me the three additional boxes AT NO CHARGE so I can finish my project.
I would highly recommend you do not use this store as they have no customer service.
